Skill Type: Sniper Rifle Techniques
Skill Information: Using cybernetic implants available only to cyborgs, the user is able to use their modifications to improve concentration, reduce muscle movement, see more accurately, using air for ammunition, "slowing down" time by concentrating extremely hard, therefore increasing speed and reflexes and time for thinking. This is a long range attack style. This style also incorporates a special type of sniper rife known as a plazmatic cyber-rifle. Only cyborgs can use this style due to its complications involving having to use energy provided from the body and storing the rifle inside your back. The weapon becomes extremely personal to the owner due to it being inside of your back for the time that you are not using it. The rifle fits into the back of a cyborg (assuming they have the proper modifications) and becomes more malleable to make the user more flexible and have a back that bends. The rifle is mainly made of a substance known as wapol-metal in order to bend and contort in the way it does, it also is connected to the power supply of the user so normal humans could not use it.

Ability Lvl 1 Type: Cybernetic enhancement/sniper technique. long ranged.
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: none up to two posts (if used constantly over more than two posts, it will take two posts to cool down, if used over five posts, it will take six posts to cool down and if used over the course of an entire battle, it will take fifteen posts to cool down.)
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user unlocks the full capability of their cybernetic eye being able to have 20/3 vision and stare down opponents to intimidate those with less intelligence (over 10 points). The eye can see as far as the horizon and has the ability to lock onto targets going at extreme velocities. It can keep up with the speeds required to look at people and things in an accelerated brain state.

Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user focuses a large portion of energy on their brain which causes it to go into a hyperactive mod in which it seems as though time is going at a quarter of what it should be. This can be used with the cybernetic eye to predict movements and see as though your eye was at the right speed.

Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user fires a single shot out of their rifle. The bullet can be made from any material. Haki infused bullets, air bullets and electric bullets require three posts to cool down. Air bullets are blasts of air that are created when there is an explosion in the guns chamber with no bullet inside. Electric bullets are barbs which stick into the enemy weakening them [-10 endurance] but also stimulating the nerves [+10 speed]. The Barbs are made from water which is extracted from the air to form a conductive spike which is charged to the point of instant shocking. If upgraded, the electricity can be powerful enough to arc plasma. The user can shoot large amounts of enemies if used with concentration but it increases the cooldown to five posts.

Ability Lvl 1 Type: Sniper rifle (close range)
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: ten posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user leaps backwards firing in-front of them wildly at any enemies that are close to them. This is often used with concentration because the user can fire shots and hit every single one of the enemies without wasting energy. This is mostly used in conjunction with air shots because they damage the enemy massively at close range, as much as a pistol shot. This technique is never used around allies if the user is not using concentration because they may hit friendly targets. The user of cybernetics allows the user to hit every target if they are using concentration but if they are not, then there is a large chance that they will have to fire more in order to hit every enemy, bumping the cooldown to twenty posts.

Ability Lvl 1 Type: Cutting-Long Range-Sniper Rifle
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:5-30 posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user fires a bullet at pinpoint accuracy which cuts a blood vessel, nerve or muscle. When cutting a muscle, the target is only injured and looses some motor functionality whereas cutting a blood vessel often causes feinting and loss of blood and energy. The most powerful version of this is when the user cuts nerves in a specific way to make the target lose control of their limbs, be paralyzed temporarily or causing extreme pain and spasms. A shot to a muscle which only injures and makes the target loose motor functionality takes five posts to cool down, a shot to capillaries which may cause bleeding and pain in the target takes five posts to cool down, a shot to the vein takes ten posts to cool down because it causes major blood-loss and feinting in weaker victims however a shot to an artery is almost a sure-fire way of making the target incapacitated or unconscious besides bosses and extremely powerful enemies. A shot to a nerve takes 30 posts to cool down no matter what it does because it can cause extreme pain, paralysis and spasms/muscle control failures. (besides minor shots like hitting a nerve in the finger for story, those only take a few seconds to recover from).

Skill Strengths:
- Can be accurate within on tenth of a millimeter so is able to make surgical like shots.
- Can use almost any type of ammunition including Musket balls, haki infused bullets, air and even electricity and liquids.
- Can induce a state of brain hyperactivity in which time seems to slow down allowing time to think, react and plan.
- Allows the user to use their brain to their full capacity in battles as well as other organs, mainly the eyes.
Skill Weaknesses:
- If the skills involving the eyes are used too often, it can result in temporary blindness, irritation and pain.
- if in water for prolonged periods of time, the water can prohibit the ability to use abilities higher than level one until you are out of the water.
- firing air bullets, electric bullets and making haki infused bullets are time consuming and use up a lot of energy.
- Intelligence is often used for many of these abilities instead of typical marksmanship qualities such as finesse, the user can get over confident and end up having no finesse but having huge amounts of intellect causing them to be arrogant and weak.
- it is a lot harder to defend in close range situations.

- Can see extreme distances (20 feet away has the same clarity as if a normal person was looking from three feet away.
- Can keep up with accelerated brain activity.
- Can lock onto and make decisions on how to fire on a target going up to 500 MPH.
- Can intimidate enemies into wanting to give up on a fight or not fight if they are of at least 10 intelligence lower. (10 intelligence=minor intimidation 30 intelligence= major fear and 60= preventing others from fighting you)
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Hurts and irritates the eye which can cause blindness and cooldowns over long periods of time. (if used constantly over more than two posts, it will take two posts to cool down, if used over five posts, it will take six posts to cool down and if used over the course of an entire battle, it will take fifteen posts to cool down.)
- Intimidation is useless if the enemies intelligence is under five due to them being arrogant.
- Can be disorientating in fast paced close ranged combat which causes a -10 reflex deduction for being activated in such conditions.
- seeing farther causes the user to loose some concentration and can backfire on them making it harder to see. (unable to user again for three posts)
- if you attack a target who is intimidated they no longer are affected and will start attacking you.

- when activated, it causes strain on the brain which needs five turns to cool down

- is long ranged allowing combat from far away
- is accurate within a tenth of a millimeter
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- can require a very long cool down time
- can cause torturous pain by accident (1 out of 50 chance)
- spasms, movements and thoughts of someone after they have been hit in a nerve can be unpredictable, sometimes shooting their endurance up +40 or their speed +40 but most of the time this can be controlled. This only happens if the target tries to dodge, is struggling or the user is being disturbed.
