Skill Type: movement/transportation
Skill Information: The user uses many prebuilt devices found inside of a cyborg body in order to move more quickly and more flexibly. These techniques are also used to aid others in the field of battle and offer more vantage points for sniping, scouting and other necessary activities for a marksman. These movement enhancements can be used for a series of close range attacks which would normally be unavailable for a long ranged character. These resemble some of the Rokushiki.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Glide
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Movement
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: three posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user glides on artificial wings which are sprouted from the back of their body. The wings resemble that of a fighter plane (note fighter planes do not exist in OP so I am trying to find a modern comparison). These wings do not allow flight, only gliding, meaning that unless used with Boost, you can't ascend in the air under normal circumstances. (abnormal include heat below which pushes the user upward, another power source which can push the user forward or a devil fruit which allows such movement).

Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: ten posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user temporarily increases their speed by +40 (-40 reflexes) for two posts or can use this ability in conjunction with another ability. The user does this by using several propellants in their feet, hands and back to push themselves around at high speeds. This ability can be used in attacks, movement options and transportation. When used, This move resembles that of soru because the user can go extremely quickly when using it as a buff.

Ability Lvl 1 Type: Short ranged attack, physical
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 25 posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user boosts towards the target or enemy and uses a foot booster to propel the users leg into the target at high speeds. When used in an open area, the force is enough to send the opponent to a distance where long range combat is required. If used in close quarters the opponent is hit into the ground and allows the user to escape to a medium distance range. If used in the air it can either fire the target away to a long range distance or hit the target down to the ground to stay at a short range distance.

Ability Lvl 1 Type: Movement, medium ranged
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: two posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user fires a cable 15-20 meters upwards or in another direction, pulling an object towards them or pulling them towards a position. The user can get up to vantage points quickly and get in an ideal position for gliding. The cable is attached directly into the arm and has a motor inside the right arm which pulls the cable. The user must be next to the point at which the grappling hook hits the object or position to take out the grappling hook to reuse it.

- strains the body, muscles and uses a lot of energy, takes time to recover from this.
- without reflexes, the skills are useless and will cause the user to go out of control.
- if used on untrained bodies, it can cause permanent damage.
- requires immense amounts of training to master.
- causes some users to be overconfident.

- if used with boost, then it can allow the user to fly.

- The user must be a cyborg
- You can't ascend whilst flying without a power source.
- Can easily be shot down by anti air weaponry.

- propels the user forward for flight when accompanied with glide
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Long cooldown
- If used as a buff, lowers the users reflexes signifigantly
- flight can only be used for a short period (enough to take the user fifty meters up.)

- can knock a target back to a safe distance
- inflicts massive damage and is quick
- triple damage if done with boost
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- long cool down
- only short distance
- can miss if used with boost (2/3 chance of missing)
- can only be used by cyborgs with special attachments

- reusable
- short cool down
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- The user is left vulnerable if they can't pull and object toward them because it is too heavy or is being held down.
- The hook must be retrieved
- If the enemy intercepts the hook or grabs it, the user could be attacked or taken advantage of due to the cable being attached to them.
