- Damage to the user's extremities renders one or both techniques unusable
- Opponents with sufficient Reflex (suggested stat advantage) -I think +10 reflex is fine.
- Shigan cannot pierce protected targets

Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- +10 Speed to next movement
- Allows user to dodge attacks
- Movement cannot be seen by the naked eye
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Can only move in a straight line
- This ability can only be used to dodge
- People with sufficient Reflex can track user's movements -Got to mention how high their reflex needs to be. And you need a -10 weakness since you gained 10 in strength.

- Can pierce thin objects
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

- Noir cannot influence the bullet with his Devil Fruit power
