The Hie Hie no Mi is a Logia-type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into ice at will, turning the user into a Freezing Human. Its name stems from the Japanese word "hie hie", which means "chilly". This is a Long Range Skill.
Skill Strengths:
- Logia Privilege: This fruit's major strength is that it allows the user to turn himself, as well as his surroundings, into ice. The user exhibits the ability to make every part of his body turn into ice. This can be advantageous in situations where avoiding an attack is not possible. Allowing the attack penetrate his elemental state.
- Ice Domain: The user exhibits the ability to be immune against immense low temperatures of ice. The user has full control of his body temperatures and can drop them accordingly to coincide with the ice his Logia ability generates. The user able manipulate ice in shape form or manner he desires.
- Cooling Bridge: The user can freeze anything he makes direct contact with. Also, using ice weapons, he can bridge his freezing properties to his main body, generating temperatures to freeze the enemy in his traps. Due to the generation to mass amounts of ice, the temperature in the surrounding area can drop significantly.
Skill Weaknesses:
- Property Shortage: Due to the fact that ice is a physical element, attacks can actually pierce the user, though will not be effective unless coated by Sea Stone or Haki.
- Weakness to Sea Stone and Haki. (-25 Endurance)
- Elemental Shortage: Immensely disadvantaged against magma and fire based fruits at intense temperatures. (-35 Endurance to User of this fruit)
- Can only freeze surfaces or areas he comes directly in contact with. Also, can only control ice made by his Logian state.
- Cannot directly cause air to spontaneously freezing or drop in temperature.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Ice Realm
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Field (Long Ranged)
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4
Ability Lvl 1 Description:
User touches the surface he is standing on, whether it be with his feet or hands and begins to freeze the surface in a thin body of ice, encompassing 10 Meters off the ground. The freezing effect spans up to 35 Meters. Anything that becomes in contact with the freezing domain will be frozen up to 10M of initial contact on the body. This skill keeps the floor frozen for a duration of two posts. It does not completely immobilize the enemy just slows them down.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:- Can be used to slow down or interrupt enemies movements. (-10 Speed for two posts)
- Can be used to freeze incoming attacks along the ground(Level 1 Attacks). Including weapons that intercept the freezing effect (Level 1 Weapons). Duration two posts.
- Afflicted can experience freeze burns
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:- Creating ice field lowers users reflex (- 10 Reflex )
- Can also effect allies within range.
- Ice can be easily escaped from by fire or magma users.

Ability Lvl 1 Description:
User uses his body's ice manipulation abilities to generate arrows that can be used for archery. These arrows are streamlined and light in shape and can be used to pierce through thin armors.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:- Can be used to snipe multiple enemies. Generates 20 arrows at a time for a duration of two posts.
- Perfect for targeting vital organs, ligaments and bones.
- Perfect for piercing through bare flesh and light armors. (Chainmail, plated vests etc.)
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:- Fire or Magma based users can melt arrows.
- Cannot pierce heavier and denser armors.
- Arrows can be broken in air after being fired.
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Ice Mummy
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Ranged (Mid Range)
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Once Per Thread
Ability Lvl 1 Description:
User fires off ice bandages with morph into the shape of snakes. Upon contact, the opponent begins to be frozen in a body fill of ice. The freezing process is slow but the enemy is turned into a frozen statue. The opponent resembles that of a wrapped pharoh in a body of ice. Ice is about 15 M in depth around opponent's body. Duration two posts.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:- Can stifle opponent's movements temporarily. (-10 Speed & Reflex for duration)
- Can only freeze one opponent at a time.
- Drop in opponent's body temperatures cause to experience hypothermia. (-10 Fineese for duration)
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:- Attacks drains Winter greatly. (-10 Speed & Endurance for duration)
- User must remain motionless for freezing process to occur. (For duration)
- Immense focus is needed for this attack to be done effectively. (-10 Intelligence for duration)
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Ice Barrage
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Ranged (Long Range)
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4
Ability Lvl 1 Description:
User creates three ice canons and begins to fire a total of 12 ice canon balls. Each canon ball upon contact releases ice shards that spread over a 5M area of ice. The canons' are made on a flat surface of convulsing ice. Growing taller and taller to form a wall in which the three canon's stick out of. Duration 1.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:- Advantageous against multiple enemies. Maximum targets 12.
- Can freeze area of contact, slowing down enemies movements. (-10 Speed)
- Shards the shatter upon impact can leave severe cuts on the body.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:- Shards cannot penetrate metals or stone. (+10 Endurance to Opponent)
- Canon balls can be easily melted by immense masses of heat.
- Canon balls are not dense in nature so can be cut mid flight.
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Ice Path
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Field (Long Range)
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3
Ability Lvl 1 Description:
User puts his hands to the floor and creates an icy path to skate along with ice skates that are morphed onto his feet by this skill. The icy path can be made in any pattern but must have a beginning point and an end point. Duration 1 Post.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:- User can skate along the icy path closing distances of up to 35 M easily.
- Increase in speed when approaching the enemy. (+20 Speed for one post)
- Can be used for quick escapes or traveling along water surfaces. Path can also be made into the air but range only extends to 35 M in any direction.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:- Significant drop in reflex are noted. (-10 Reflex for one post)
- Icy path can be destroyed by explosives or fire, cutting traveling distance.
- While scatting along the path, firing attacks prove difficult. (-10 Finesse for one post)
- Can be used to slow down or interrupt enemies movements. (-10 Speed for two posts)
OOC: Ice Path: It is balanced. I Gain +20 in one area. And Looose -20 in two areas for the same amount of posts as the gain.
