Skill Information: This devilfruit is seen as a Black Orange with cool blue lines streaming through it; It has a Cool, Chilling Feeling to it. From the beginning of time this fruit has been seen around the Most amazing ages. When eating this Fruit the user instantly gains Two souls that live within the user, These are the souls of the last two Users of this Devilfruit. The Two Souls can be heard within the thoughts of the user but cant control the body, they are only able to control the two side heads of the Cerberus and when the Cerberus Fruit is in that mode they are able to talk through the heads, giving the user peace of mind for a short period of time. The User is able to Control Icy Hell Flames that have the appearance of Actual Blue Fire but give no warmth, Instead the flames can be used to freeze enemies. When The Cerberus user is attacked by a non haki user they turn into a Black and Blue Fire that projects a nice cold feeling to the attacking enemies.
Skill Strengths:
-Cerberus Knowledge: Knowledge of the Past History, Techniques and secrets that the other two souls inside him had when they were alive. Gives the User the ability to travel to the gateways of the underworld and Speak to the Dead on a physical Level without getting harmed from the underworld energies.
-Elemental Strength:
+When up against Fire, Lava, and other heat based users the Icy Flames release a "Hell Chill" which makes the Heat Based Users Suffer a Loss of Power. (Heat based users take a -15 Power while up against The Cerberus User.)
+Gains a +10 Power when up against Undead, Ice Users, and Demons.
-When In Full Cerberus Mode the user can double or even triple in size which allows the user to attack multiple things at once with the three heads.
-Has the abilities of a Logia User. When hit can turn into Hell flames which are black and Blue, they also have Ice properties.
Skill Weaknesses:
-Sea Stone, The Sea, and Sea Salt.
-Haki, Haki Covered Weapons, and other Haki Equipment or techniques.
-Weak Against Light Based Attacks such as Angelic techniques and suffers a -20 to Constitution when up against users that can project Angelic Light.
-Even though the Hell chill weakens fire based users they still are the users weakness. Suffers a -10 Reflex while up against Fire based users.
- Level 1 Techniques:
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Icy Paw
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range, Melee
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2
Ability Lvl 1 Description: Transforms the body into a semi- Cerberus Mode which allows for the hands to become Larger with Sharp Claws and Blue Flame Appearance. The Blue Fire that covers the Hand has Icy Properties and will freeze the spot it hits on impact.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
-Freezes The Spot It comes into contact with, leaving traces of Freezing Ice in the flesh and if not treated can lead to frost bite.
-Delivers a Slice of Sharp Claws into the enemy that can go up to 3 inches deep.
-Frost can effect someone 3 meters away or less, causing a frost damage effect.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
-Cant Peirce through Level 2 or 3 armors.
-Even though the User effects Heat based users they are not effected by the Frost Bite Damage that may occur from this Technique.
-when up against Angelic users this Technique only does half damage.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Circle of Hell
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support/Field
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts for 3 Posts, Cool Down of 4 Posts.
Ability Lvl 1 Description: Raises hands up as a circle of blue fire surrounds the user and any enemies in a 20 meter radius. The Flames are 10 meters high and who ever may touch the Flames with get a frosty surprise that will surely do Ice damage.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
-Will Do Ice Damage if enemy tries escaping the Circle, the Ice damage will last for the post the enemy touched the barrier and the post afterwards.
-The Flames cover a 20 Meter Radius around where the user first activated the Technique. The flames go 10 meters high and make the area very cold.
-If used in a building that's floor is not quite 10 meters high then it is a lot harder to escape and the Flames will freeze its Surroundings causing the Area to become Icy and colder than if it was activated out in a field.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
-The top of the Circle is not enclosed and so if someone can fly, or has some sort of technique to get out the top without touching the barrier then they are free from its Circle.
-Heat Based Users are able to get out without lasting frost damage but are still harmed.
-Cold Based users are not Effected by the barrier and can go in and out as they please.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Guardian's Ice Aura
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Defense / Support
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts for 3 Posts, Cool Down of 4 posts.
Ability Lvl 1 Description: Surrounds The users Body with a Blue Fire Aura that rages around the body and Leaves Frost on everything in a 3 meter radius. The Aura Freezes Weapons that attack the user and the flame then travels onto the weapon to freeze the hands of the attackers.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
-The Aura protects from Level 1 attacks and Halfs the Damage.
-Leaves Frost On everything in a 3 meter radius from the user. The Aura also comes off the body 2 meters, giving padding to techniques and weapons that are used on the user.
-The Ice and Frost lingers on the ones touched by the technique, the technique will cause damage and will weaken reflexes until the technique is done. (-10 Reflex to anyone that is in a 2 meter radius to the user.)
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
-Sea Stone will go right through the Aura and ignore any effects of the Technique.
-Ice User techniques will be able to go through the Aura.
-The Frost and Ice wont Linger on Heat Based users.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Freezing Fog
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Field / Mid-Range
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts for 3 posts, Cooldown of 4 posts.
Ability Lvl 1 Description: Opens Mouth and Releases an Icy Fog that covers everything in a 10 meter radius in a layer of Frost. the Fog thickens making it hard to see and slows down the reflexes of those who walk into it or have been hit by the technique.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
-Covers the area around the user in freezing fog making things hard to see for enemies. (10 meters around the user)
-Does Frost damage causing -10 Reflex to anyone who enters or it hit by the technique. The Debuff lasts until the fog fades.
-Does not Effect the User and can act as a cloaking device to escape tight situations.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
-Covers the area around the user in freezing fog making things hard to see for Allies caught in the fog. (10 meters around the user)
-The Fog can also effect Allies if they are caught in the fog causing a debuff of -10 reflex for the remainder of the Technique.
-Fire and Heat based users are not effected by the Frost Damage and will not get Debuffed.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Three Jaw Grip
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Melee/ Close Range
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 6 Posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: User Turns into a 10 foot tall, 6 feet in length, Buff Cerberus. The User then Runs quick and Plunges into a single target or up to three Targets. If its a Single Target then the two heads on the sides bite down on both arms, sinking their teeth into the enemy while the middle head bites down on the enemies neck. the Cerberus then tares the target apart and thrusts them into the ground. The Teeth leave traces of Frost damage along with bleeding if hit with the full force of the technique.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
-Can hit up to three enemies at once at close range [3-5 meters]. Attacking a Single enemy Pins the upper body so they are unable to attack with the upper limbs.
-Frost Damage can Occur after and During the Attack.(target takes -10 Reflex for the post after this technique if hit.)
-The Teeth can sink up to 5 Inches Deep.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
-Plate Armor will provide support against the ruthless attack, resulting in only half damage.
-Heat element Users wont be effected by the frost damage.
-Can Dodge before the attack hits, however Be sure to dodge all three heads.
