It is rumored that on some island on the East Blue there is a island which was rumored haunted because of a plague inflicted on that island.The inhabitants of the island suffer from zombie like condition after which make many people who was using the route near the island feel very afraid of setting ashore on that island.Kai is at Loguetown looking for some supplies while studying more about the city when he heard of a rumor of so said small unnamed island near Loguetown. Kai curious an start his investigation while coincidentally meet up with his crewmate Tamrian. Together they start to uncover and solve the mystery of it..
