Task Name:  Group Training!

Task Details: The navy has a joint training group every Tuesday of every month, you either join a squad into the training or you lead a squad. Or join a leaders squad that's being trained by somewhere else. Anyhow, it's a joint training, train well and report back to your vice admiral about your day. The task has to be done in three different posts, it can be done alone or in a squad. Depending on what kind of marine you are your different would be different. Nick would get leadership training, this involves having a lecture of three hours and then solving practical problems and then a wee bit of combat training.

Could you be a bit more specific with the task details? It's pretty vague as it is, and I'd rather you be a smidge more specific on what exactly "training" is and the like.
(For one, is this a solo task for yourself or for a crew? )
