Skill Name: Heki Heki no Mi (Burst Burst Fruit)
Skill Type: Paramecia
Skill Information: The Heki Heki no Mi (Burst Burst Fruit) is a Paramecia-type Devil Fruit that turns the user's body into a living explosion that produces a red and black haze that gains a material consistency (via solidifying the particles that form the haze) which acts as the ignition trigger, to forge explosion's, thus making the user an Explosion/Burst Human.
Skill Strengths: -Destruction: The key strength of the Heki Heki no Mi is its capacity to produce incredibly destructive explosions. These explosion's being instantly followed by a shockwave. Both of these factors together often times leaving one coughing in a state of disorientation from the blast.
-Creativity: The Heki Heki no Mi being Paramecia is only strong as the user is creativity. Simply put, creativity means everything for this fruit, aside from stats.
-Neutral Element Group: When the user of the Heki Heki no Mi is facing off against someone using a Wax-based, Rubber-based, or similar Devil Fruit they can +10 to their Strength stat.
-Range: The Heki Heki no Mi is a rather blessed fruit range-wise as it can be used for close range combat, mid-range combat, and long range combat. Though, there are set limitation to the mechanic of the range. Level One techniques being close combat. Level Two techniques being mid-range. While Level Three techniques are long ranged.
-Busoshoku Haki: The melee-based strikes of the Heki Heki no Mi can be enhanced in their striking power by applying the use of Armament Haki.
-Material Consistency: The haze can be given a Material Consistency, via SOLIDIFYING the particles that make up the haze giving it a blunt texture when hit by it also preventing the haze from being ALWAYS swept away by the smallest of breezes thus preventing this Devil's Fruit from being BROKEN.
Skill Weaknesses: -Fishman Karate: Fishman Karate due to making use of sea water holds a Devil Fruit user's key weakness. In the case of the Heki Heki no Mi, the strikes from Fishman Karate are capable of nullifying the user's ability to produce the haze, thus rendering them without their explosions.
-Kairoseki: Like all Devil Fruit user's the Heki Heki no Mi user is sapped of their power when in contact with sea water and Sea Prism Stone. In the case of the Heki Heki no Mi, contact with Kairoseki has the effect of not only sapping them of their strength, but also nullifying their haze making them unable to forge explosions.
-Logia Users: The user of Heki Heki no Mi, much like all others, unless using Busoshoku Haki (Armament Haki) hasn't a shot in the dark at landing an attack on a Logia Fruit user.
-Defense: The Heki Heki no Mi is severally limited in its defensive capabilities. The user cannot block most kinds of strikes, with the possible exception of projectiles, which they can blow up before they have a chance to reach them. Though, this requires them to have the speed and reaction time to do so.
-I Blow My Friends Up: The Heki Heki no Mi is the kind of Devil's Fruit that can very easily bring harm to one's allies. As such, the user should avoid fighting within close proximity of their comrades, unless said comrade is a Logia-type.
- Darkness: Despite being a Paramecia, the Heki Heki no Mi falls under an elemental classification of Fire. As such, when the user is facing off against a Darkness-oriented foe they will loose 10 of their Strength stat points. Whether it be the Yami Yami no Mi or any other Devil's Fruit that is of a Darkness classification.
