Skill Name: Rokushiki - Zephyr Prisms
Skill Type: Rankyaku & Soru
Skill Information: Rokushiki a series of techniques taught him by his mentor and CP Agent / Vice Admiral Malcolm. Malcolm is only able to teach Winter two of the six skills before he is station at Water 7 from Marine HQ. Winter has become very proficient with the two skills and is now able to kick air in the shape of prisms at his enemies and as for his prowess with Soru, he is now able to kick ten times off the ground, to the naked eye, it appears as if he has disappeared.

Ability Lvl 1 Description:
Kicking at extremely high speeds, Winter begins by leaning the bottom of his foot upwards, and firing of a pocket of air in the shape of prisms. The prism consists of strips of air that can cut and force back targets it comes in contact with. Duration 1 Post. Prisms are 5 x 5 meters in length.

Winter fires off a series of streamline Rankyaku at the opponent's directly infront of him. The blades of air rip through the point of contact pushing enemy backwards by the share force of the attack. The air takes on the form of an eagle as it glides towards the enemies.

Winter shifts his body at immense speeds diagonally, in a zig zag fashion. Using this motion, he is able to avoid most incoming attacks infront of him. His speed increases significantly for a short space in time. Duration 1 post.

Ability Lvl 1 Description:
Winter waits for the final moments before the attack is about to come into contact with his body and then uses soru to move his body to the flank of his enemy. He then fires off a close range Rankyaku pushing the opponent backwards and losing balance. Combining the element of surprise and momentum Winter is able to deal physical and mental trauma.

Skill Strengths:
- Wind Percussion: The kicking of wind is a very destructive force that can cut through not only wood but stone and some metals. It's a useful skill to force opponents backwards and deliver a finishing blow.
- Speed Tempo: Soru has a particular tempo to follow when moving at immense speeds, this skill can be used to not only avoid heavy damage but dodge incoming attacks.
- Zephyr Prisms: The prisms of air created can be used to attack multiple enemies or even cause significant damage to landscapes.
Skill Weaknesses:
- Soru is the most basic of the Rokushiki skill and is basically moving at immense speeds but if the opponent has superior speed, the technique is rendered useless.
- The length of each kick of air can only be as long as the appendage. The length of users foot determines the range of the destructive force.
- As powerful as kicking air maybe, denser objects such as buildings, ships and or shops cannot be completely destroyed by the force of the attack.

- Can rip through skin slightly causing bleeding
- Pockets of air upon contact push opponent 5 meters backwards.

- Attack weakens as it travels along it's path. Prisms shrinks in size by 1 x 1 M per every 10 Meters travelled.
- Once fired, attack cannot change it's direction
- Can only target one enemy at a time

- Pushes target back 5 meters backwards
- Abrupt strike can cause ruptures in ligaments and blood vessels.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Denser armors are unaffected by the force of the strike. Cannot pierce through level 1 armors, merely damage them.
- Fire based attacks can cause the wind blades to be destroyed before contact.
- Users of Tekkai and Haki can easily withstand this onslaught

- Erratic movements make the user hard to pin point for attacks
- Can also be used to close distances of up to 15 M
- Increases users speed noticeably. (+20 Speed for one Post)
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- This techniques puts great strain on the body (-20 Endurance)
- Slows down the pace of technique on rocky terrains (-10 Speed for one post)
- When completing a motion, the user is left defenseless momentarily.

- User moves at immense speed to catch the opponent off gaurd (+ 10 Speed)
- The force of the attack sends opponent back 10 M
- At closer range, Rankyaku can cause deep cuts and tearage.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- User is left almost defenseless when in motion (-10 Reflex)
- Attack can be blocked by Haki or Tekkai users easily
- If kicking motion is interrupted, the attack is futile.
