Task Details:
As Shiro and his crew gear up to raid the Marine weapon stockade in Loguetown, Shiro must meet up with a trusted informant and attain certain information. Shiro must find out how quickly other branches of the Marines are at responding to this type of terrorist threat he is committing and where the new weapons would be coming from along with when and how he plans to intercept the new-coming weapons, essentially putting Loguetown on a Marine Weapon Lockdown for 48 hours so he can further his plans for Loguetown.

Strolling out of the underground lair which the Revolutionaries in Loguetown called their 'Headquarters', Shiro wore his usual attire along with his cloth which covered most of his face as well as his cloth cap as a disguise, the cap of it being gently blown back by the speed at which he was walking, his hand gently resting on his sword inside of his cloak just in case. He had to make haste because the meeting had lasted a lot longer than he had anticipated it too, he laid out his plan to everyone as a whole and then he left one team to cause a distraction and then he decided upon the three that would come with him and help him take the weapons and dispose of them. Talking to the three that were coming with him in private, he got into much deeper detail about what they would be doing and of course letting them know about the informant that he was on his way that very moment to go see. The other group had come up with an idea to cause a distraction and Shiro merely checked on their idea to make sure it would work, going over with them exactly how they planned on executing this, everything seemed to be in order and generally Shiro was happy with the planning phase, everything rode on the execution of the action phase however.
On his way to meet with the informant Shiro started to hack another idea in his mind, a much more grand scheme however it would look much more terroristical and it would take his entire crew of Revolutionaries, instead of shutting down military power for two entire days they were looking at more of a time frame of a few hours but as long as he could even get that, then he could show the world and his plan would come to fruition. He needed Roberto to notice him, he needed to find a way to send a message to him that Shiro was capable of doing great things and that he had a great mind, all Shiro wanted to do was lead the people to the light but at the moment he was far to weak and unknown to be able to do this. If at first he had to make himself look like a terrorist in order to convey a point, so long as no civilians are hurt Shiro could care less about the casualties of the Marines, but he would try to keep it to a minimum. Shiro was also not only trying to send a message to his own leader but he was trying to find a way to draw out Grant 'King' Walker, the murderer of not only his father but his older brother as well which he missed very much so.

Now that he was actually away from his comrades he had time to psychoanalyze himself and think about his values because he was on the verge of doing something great already. Thinking about his intentions only excited but also confused him, he didn't want to let his friends and followers down so he knew this was something he really needed to think about but he was going to go through with it no matter what, he had both hatred and hope driving him to do it which really seemed to two opposing forces in his brain pushing him. His mind was always at war with himself because he wanted nothing more than to kill Grant but he also wanted to free all people and show them the light, he just wanted to be someone great, but can a murderer be great? The questions he posed to himself could really only be answered with due time so he would indeed find out. Shiro strolled out of the back alley and into the port district in his disguise, there were many ships docked there and several sailors unloading and loading up ships with goods to be traded and sold.

He was heading to a bar right next to the bay, it was known mostly to be a Pirate bar and thus it was very dangerous though it was tucked away, hard to reach for the Navy especially because they'd have to fight through fleets of Pirates so they didn't even bother, Shiro through that the fear Marines had of Pirates to be laughable, he feared neither faction and sided with neither faction, he would be the master of his own destiny. Shiro could see the sign for the bar which was dimly lit by two torches.
