North Blue The North Blue is the northernmost ocean of the Blue Sea. Similar to the other seas, the North Blue is comprised mostly of vast amounts of water with a few islands scattered here and there. Navy presence is lax here due to the lack of a Marine Base. South Blue The South Blue is the southernmost ocean of the Blue Sea and the ocean from which the St. Bliss sailed on its ill-fated voyage to Skypiea.
