    Skill Name: Snake Senbons

    Skill Type: Senbon/Acupuncture

    Skill Information:
Snake Senbon is an ability that reacts to pressure point and muscles. A pressure point refers to an area on the human body that may produce significant pain or other effects when manipulated in a specific manner. This can be a nerve cluster or sensitive areas of muscles, tendons, ligaments, blood vessels and veins. What the Senbons do is that when it hits that pressure point it can cause a muscle to relax too much that can disable the muscle and cause the limb not to move. Some pressure points can even cause lowering the blood circulation that can lead to dizziness and nausea. Other pressure points can lead to high blood circulation making you feel light headed. Although when the needles are removed it will take your body time (1 post) to recover. After that one post your body is back to normal. If a senbon misses its target the skin around it becomes pink/red. It gets a warming sensation and then pain follows that. The pain is as intense as a bee sting or a shot.
When pressure is applied to a pressure point it pinches nerves or disrupts a normal operation of the body. When a nerve is pinched against a bone or muscle it shoots an electronic signal of pain to the brain. Although if pressed too hard some can slow down blood flow or make it faster. Doctors usually use acupuncture for helping the body but with the right pressure to some pressure points you can dismantle some of pressure points from good to bad. Pressure points stops an opponent's movement, reduces their muscular strength and disables their abilities to move temporarily.Another thing too that  instead lost of voluntary muscular function within a region localized around the attack, essentially becoming paralyzed when hitting a pressure point with a senbon.
Most people react to pressure points, but between 10-15 percent of the population are resistant and don't feel much pain.
As the user throws a Senbon it is hard to see since a senbon isn’t very big.
Senbon are metal needles with a point at both ends. The Senbon vary in length between 13 to 130 millimeters (0.51 to 5.12 in), with shorter needles used near the face and eyes, and longer senbon in more fleshy areas; senbon diameters vary from 0.16 mm (0.006 in) to 0.46 mm (0.018 in), with thicker needles used on more robust person. The tip of the sendons are a little blunt to cause more pain.
It is usually common to throw more than one Senbon at a time so that the opponent has to keep track of multiple. Although Senbons are easily deflected and evaded if the opponent can keep track of them. When using senbons they go in between each finger making it possible to hold four senbons at a time. When throwing the user usually throws from across their body to make it harder to anticipate where the needles are heading. Throwing Senbons requires more speed and accuracy than strength.

    Skill Strengths:
    -Hard to notice
-Closer a person is the better the accuracy
-Can be effective in Windy Weather if closer to the opponent

    Skill Weaknesses:
-Needles do not work against armor
    -Needles can run out
-Logia Users since their body can transform into elements.

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Needles are hard to see
    -Tricks the brain
    -Allows for enhanced Strength +5
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
-Harder to use in windy weather
    -Logia Users
    -Decreases Speed -5

You require having a set number of senbons, and since you haven't specified that, this ability cannot be approved in it's current state. How does it allow for enhanced strength? Explain the bolded weaknesses as well. It doesn't seem to me that the weaknesses are even remotely connected with the crux of the ability itself.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Angry Viper

    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Enhance Strength by +3
    -Closer the better
-Can be used on people with armor If armor doesn’t cover neck
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Logia Users
    -Does not work on Armor
    -Decreases speed by -3

Explain the bolded areas. Reduce the range to 10 meters, since this is essentially also allowing you to stop attacks with the target's right hand if it connects.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Cottonmouth Bite
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range | 5 meters
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 5 posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: Ten Senbons are used for this attack. Aimed for hands and arms to give pain to the opponent. When the needles hit it has a warming sensation and then pain follows. This pain lasts until the needles are taken out. This attack is mostly used to stun the opponent.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
-Can be used in windy weather
-Gives user time to move away from opponent or run
-If the opponent is closer the pain is greater
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Weak against Logia Users
    -Weak against armor
-Uses both hands to throw senbons

How is this used to stun the opponent if it's giving a warming/pain sensation? Stunning is not equivalent to pain. Any enduring fighter can ignore said pain and catch up to you. Limit to 5 Senbons.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Brahminy Blindsnake
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Midrange | 20 meters
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 6 posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:
Using 20 senbons at a time and aiming for the legs. By hitting the knee can cut off circulation to the leg. Making the feeling from the leg disappear and become numb until the needle is removed. When the needle is removed there is instant blood flow and pain that shoots through the leg. After 1 post the leg becomes moveable. When the needles hit just the leg make the leg have a warm sensation and then instant pain.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Increases Speed by +5
    -Effective in Windy Weather
    -Hard to see
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Logia Users
    -Armor
    -Decreases Endurance by -5

Limit the amount of senbons used to 5. Explain the bolded parts. After 1 post of what? The initial strike, or the removal of the needle? Even with my leg numb I can still move about hopping on it.

Ability Lvl 1 Name: Midnight Snake
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Close Range | 12 Meters
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 5 Posts
    Ability Lvl 1 Description:
Throwing 5 senbons and aiming for the chest. By hitting the chest can increase the blood circulation making the opponent feel light headed and vision becoming dark. This generally lasts for about 2 posts. By sitting down can actually decreases the the blood circulation and can last 1 post.
    Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
    -Hard to see
    -Enhancement of Strength by +5
-Can be used effectively in Windy Weather
    Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
    -Armor
    -Logia Users
    -Decreases speed by -5

Explain the bolded parts. Limit the effects of the ability to a single post.

Please keep the strengths and weaknesses of each ability relevant to the ability itself, as it does not, in it's current form, seem relevant at all.
