Equipment Description:There was an experimental set of contact lenses created by the marines. It was given unto the top up and coming marine cadets and officers. It provides the user with a heightened sense of awareness and perception. The user is able to see through illusions, mirages, and immune to blinding and has a night vision mode.

Equipment Significance:This was only given to a total of 3 different marines, to have been chosen was an extreme honor.

Equipment Strength:

-+25 Reflex boost to user<-- Thats the divine part, then rank 2 allows the linses to be unbreakable rank 3 allows one boost of some kind I counter 2-3 boosts reduce them...

-Contacts have a night vision mode that allows user to see perfectly in darkness up to 25 meters.

-Contacts allow user to see through all illusions and mirages.

-Contact allow user an immunity to blinding effects.<-- that makes no sense you're senses are heightened how should that prevent you from blinding, do you even know what happens when you've got nightvision goggles on and you look into something bright?

Equipment Weaknesses:

-User can only see through illusions and mirages of equal or lesser level.<--- too strong, so what having these allows you to be immune at rank 3? or is it equipment wise then so you're immune right now...?

-User is only protected from same level or lower blinding effects.

-User's vision can be deteriorated by strong winds causing him to receive a -5reflex from all wind based attacks.

-If target has +25 Intelligence over user's reflexes he will not see through illusion.<-- I don't get what reflexes has got to do with any illusion as illusions affect your brain to see something, so linses or not they should work against your inteligence not your reflex

-If Target has +25 Endurance over user's reflexes he will be blinded for duration of ability and 1 additional post.<--- Endurance hardly determinates the strength of a blinding all depending on how its done its either Int, Str or Finesse... so thats a very poor choice, here I get how reflex might have something to do with the thing as you need them to be able to quickly cover your eyes though I expect thats not how you want this to work, no you want it to be that you resist it, and so it should be endurance on your sake.

-If Target is able to blind user, he receives a -10 reflex for 1 post for overloading contacts, causing them to be sensitive.

-User receives a -5 reflex vs all earth based attacks

-All Ice based skills still do full damage if they hit user, even though he gains immunity to their de buffs.

-All lightning based opponents receive a +10 strength when using skills on this user
