Equipment Description: Meigetsu, known as the Harvest Moon is a Daito Kokuto, first off a Daito is a style of katana that must be longer than a standard katana which is roughly 60 centimeters. Harvest moon is 94.5 centimeters long(3.1 foot long blade) on its straight edged parts and has a 32 (1 foot) long curved edge in the middle of the blade. a Kokuto is a well known and rare make of katana which adorns a black steel blade, Kokuto have a certain fame in the pirate world for being a rare type of sword and any swordsman who is worthy of calling themselves one would recognize a kokuto in a heartbeat. That being said, Harvest moon has a traditional redwood handle with a diamond patterned black leather wrapping, a rectangular like spiraling hand guard and of course a pitch black blade.

Equipment Significance: Meigetsu is what gives Devil the right to say he is a swordsman, after threatening a smith shop over several times to give him a sword that was worthy. Devil tried out every sword in his shop by sparring against someone else outside the shop and every sword ended up breaking, after threatening to kill the shop owner several times he finally brought him into a back room to show him his prized jewel. Meigetsu was said jewel, the harvest moon was a common house hold name in terms of swords for its feared black blade and history in the previous generation of swordsmen. It's previous Owner had been none other than "Blood-bath" Kuro, a swordsman revered for killing hundreds of Marines in a single battle and had tasted the blood of over 1,000 marines in its past.
Equipment Strength: Harvest Moon was crafted geniously, being a daito it still had the same level of ease to wield as a standard katana allowing its user longer reach without sacrificing speed giving the user +5 to dexterity only when attacking with Harvest Moon. With just metal blade alone Harvest Moon gives it's wielder a 4.1 foot increase in reach not including a few centimeters depending on how much the user chokes up on the hilt of the sword.
Equipment Weaknesses: Harvest Moon like all over swords of its exact style only have one cutting edge which is on the front side of the blade meaning that when using the sword the user my turn their wrists ever so slightly when reversing slashes back from side to side. If the bladed edge of the sword strikes something harder than steel it's blade can be dented which over time can cause the blade to be greatly dulled. The sword does less damage to building structures and armors.

Equipment Description: Devil's armor is a jacket with a long tail that comes down to the heels, it has a large open fan-like collar and a zipper all the way around each arm just at the end of the sleeve in order to change it from short sleeve to long sleeved. This leather has been enhanced with micro-steel thread which was woven through the center of the leather to allow it to react to cutting edge weapons and stabbing weapons like chain-mail would. This means that the force of the strike will not be softened at all but it will greatly lessen the cutting power.

Equipment Significance: This was the only thing he ever got from his father. Upon turning 18 and only a few months before Devil ran away from his father, he was given this gift and with it his father said that he was now a man and he had no other choice but to embrace the harsh world of pirates.
Equipment Strength: Devil's leather armor is capable of greatly reducing any stabbing or slashing damage. Also the leather is fire-retardant so it will take much longer exposures to fire in order to actually catch fire, though it may still be burnt.
Equipment Weaknesses: Blunt force cannot be stopped by this Micro-steel woven leather and still will do full damage. Leather is also incapable of stopping electricity from going right through to whom ever is underneath it. If struck by an armament imbued slashing/stabbing weapon it will completely ignore the armor, the same goes for weapons above rank 1.
