Appearance:  Silver has short, messy light pink hair that is accompanied with a midnight black head band. He has fair colored skin with no strong facial features besides his honey gold eyes. He wears a black intricate kimono that goes to his ankle , with tattered looking sleeves and end of the kimono. He keeps the kimono slightly opened at the chest with a pink obi tied around his waist, with black fingerless gloves that reach up to his elbows. He wears traditional geta sandals and has the kanji for Devil of the back of his kimono in pink.

Personality: Silver D. Devil is a somewhat carefree marine, due to the fact he is still a teenage boy. He likes to be lazy and waist most of his day by laying down and sleeping, or if he can't sleep you will find him continually eating a large quantity of food. Silver is bored easily , so if he deems a conversation or doing something boring he will yawn or just nod off. Besides being a lazy bastard, silver is also person that likes too have to going out with friends when he needs to get a boost or going out and making new ones so he doesn't have to be a lone while doing something. Being very carefree and light hearted, he easily makes friends. Silver being kind hearted means he also cares about people a lot, usually caring about then more about others then himself at times. He usually helps any innocent people that he sees in harms way, and if he doesn't he usually feels horrible.

Being trained to be a marine from a young age, he takes his job as one very seriously despite being lazy most of the time. When he is need and called into action he will of course will keep his usual demeanor but upon contact with the targets (Or Pirates) he will become nothing but serious. This usually does not happen though as he is usually in the kitchen cooking, a hobby turned into dream job. Cooking is the only thing can be seen doing besides sleeping or eating.

Behavior/Habits: Silver being a lazy bastard has a bad habit of sleeping a lot, and usually falling a sleep during a job or conversation. He also has the habit of adding honorifics to a persons name even if they have just met, as he thinks it is a very polite. Silver likes to think before he strides into battle, seeing if he can actually take on said opponent so he just doesn't get himself straight up slaughtered out on the battle field. His lazy demeanor keeps him calm and collected, meaning it is very hard for him to become angry. Silver is also very selfless, acting for others more then himself very often.

History:  The marine Silver D. Devil was born in a place called west blue to a mother, father and two older brother. His father and mother where two cooks who had owned a local diner in a small village on an island in west blue. As silver grew up he was always in the kitchen with his mother and father, unlike his two brothers who where out being mesmerized by playing pirates, which sparked his love for cooking. Unknown to Silver and his older brothers, his mother and father where in huge debt because one month they had no money to pay for the diner and borrowed money to help pay to keep there life's purpose.   The person they owed the money declared they wanted to collect their money a bit early, and sent pirates to collect if but sadly silver's parents didn't have the money. As the man said, if they didn't have his money, kill the whole family.

The pirates destroyed the diner and killed silvers parents, and two older brothers with it. Silver was forced to watch as they murdered his family in cold blood, and the same fate was about to approach him but he was lucky enough to be saved by a male marine captain who just happened to be in west blue. The marine captain was named X and he took the poor blood covered boy with him back to his ship and cleaned him up. X thought about just leaving silver homeless, but he thought doing that would show he had no heart so he took silver in as his own. Though it took some time silver actually opened up to the idea as having the marine as his new father and lived happily with him. All the while X trained him to become a marine also. After many years of training with his new father, silver managed to become a marine just like him.
