The 80th Branch Marine Base is what it's name states. This is a branch of noble marines that attempt to protect unknown islands from pirates and outlaws, along with Revolutionists. This base does has some formidable foes, but being 80th of many branches, it contains the weaker marines, therefore not much of a big problem for most pirates of Veteran Rank or higher.

Appearance: He wears a fancy marine jacket that flows down to his ankles, on the back of the jacket it says "Justice". William Has Great Steel, Spiked Gauntlets he always wears as well as a katana to his side. His nose is larger than most folks and his ears are 3 times as big as a normal humans.
Description: William Strider is a good, honorable fellow that loves to give others a chance at becoming great marines. He is often at the very top of the 80th Marine Branch and can be found in his office doing paperwork or other things of the sort. William also trains everyday to keep up his power and strength in order to be ready and prepared to defend the base at any cost.
