Chapter 3: The Beginning of Something Big! A New Pirate Enters with a Bang! [Task]

Task Info:

Fūjin had ran off the ship as soon as his ship the Beatroot and his crew landed at the port of Lodge Town. He paid little to no attention that there were no Marines protroling the docks like any big name usual town with a large marine base would. He paid no attention to this dangerous fact and sped off through the streets moving as just a blurred image running through the gaps left in between people, to him the world moving in slow motion and once he slowed down he found himself within a crowd plaza filled to the brim of people making it hard to move and see where he was going. Fūjin struggled for a few minutes before deciding to slow down (which was one if the hardest things for him to do) and look around the area for a location where he could get a birds eye view of the town to see where everything was and what he should go see first. He had been dropped off at random places around the world before as parts of his uncle Dio's tests to see if was able to be a pirate even though he couldn't swim, but even then there were a lot of places he had never been to before as well and Lodge Town was one of those places. After about five minutes and 100,000 beli in stolen food later Fūjin finally found a place where he could get high above the buildings and view town a large wooden platform held up in the air by large iron beams. With out think about his actions Fūjin began to climb up it unaware of the people who had been trying to stalk him.

What a nice, clowdy day. Typical for this place, as it was symbolizing it's tragedy. Currently, Nana was here, in the town where Gol.D Roger was executed. She wondered if she could find any treasures over here, as she was starring at the people who were passing around her. They were peaceful as always. Some of them were laughtning and chatting with each other, others were thoughtful. Quite honestly, Nana was starting to feel little depressed. Not only, because she couldn't get any jewels/money, but because of what happened with the greatest pirate in the past. She understood the true purpose of this location. She wasn't feeling down because of it, it was just the way she was. She grabed her left wrist and kinda rubed it with the other hand, because something make her get goosebumps. There were people talking about something important at across the distance. Nana could notice it because they were really noisy. There was something going on in the city. Nana looked around, but everything seemed normal to her. Maybe if she got to the bottom of it, she could find the reason behind all of this. She stopped close to them as she asked: -Uhm...what is happening? - they stared at her freaked out, wich kinda made her uncomfortable for a bit, because normally, she didn't like talking to strangers, as they were really wierd at first, but then one of them answered:
-There is someone at the execution platform. I think it's a pirate!
Nana's pupils dilated, as the tension in the air 'enveloped' her. Was someone about to die again!? Or was the filthy human just lying?
-Hey, little girl, are you..... - the stranger couldn't finish his phrase, as Nana pushed him, because he was in her way. She hurried up to the center of the city, leaving behind the two individuals who were wondering what was wrong with her. No one of them was able to stop her from going on. She got to the core of the problem, appearing behind the actual plathform, as this turned out to be true. There was literally someone hanging up there. Right infront of her eyes, as she looked up. At first, Nana stopped moving, because she got exhausted. Everything around her almost blanked out after what she heared from these random dudes. Nana felt like she was missing something important happening, but it appeared, that it was just someone, who looked like he was at her age, just playing around. Seriously, some people are just over exaggerating. But what was this guy doing? Did he really think that he wouldn't be noticed by anyone? And probably get caught by the marines, because of his awkward actions!? Of course, Nana didn't care, but wouldn't want the marines show up in this town and cause her trouble, too, so she was about to talk to the young pirate:
-Heeeeey!!! - Nana's voice was approaching from behind the silver haired boy, as she was a little bit loud, because she knew that he would not hear her, since he was too high.
-Heeeeeeeey!!! - repeated Nana louder, as this time it seamed like her cute "echo" finally found it's way and was reached by his ears.
-What the hell are you doing? Get down from there. If you don't want to just use the ladder, then just jump off, Nana-chan will catch you~!

Fūjin stood atop of the wooden platform only to find there was a small railing at the back of it that lead to a balcony of some sorts, he briefly laughed at his mistake realising he could have just and up the building's wall "Well that was dumb of me." he spoke to himself chuckled "Well let's see here..." he continued to talk to him self to looked out at the panoramic view of the town to try and see if any places caught his eye. -Heeeeey!!! Fūjin heard a voice call out to him from somewhere, thinking he was hearing this shook his head and lightly slapped his cheeks to help himself focus when he hearted the voice a second time -Heeeeeeeey!!! the voice repeated it self but this time just louder along with what sounded like a "cute" echo...though cute was one of those words Fūjin always heard and knew when to use it but never understood what it meant. He looked over the ledge of the platform to see that a crowd had formed in the plaza and oblivious to the fact that they were all looking up at him. It was then he located where the voice he heard was coming from -What the hell are you doing? Get down from there. If you don't want to just use the ladder, then just jump off, Nana-chan will catch you~! A was a girl around about his own age maybe a little younger who had a thin, flexible and athletic body, silver hair similar to his own and crimson red coloured eyes. She wore a typical seifuku, wearing a very short skirt revealing her legs and a flower clip on her head. Fūjin tilted his head at an angle looked at the girl confused, realising that it would be pointless to have a conversation from where he was standing so hopped down the iron support bars of the platform and stopped in front of girl once he was on solid earth again. Not hearing the comments of the people around of the crowd asking how did he had just disappeared from the platform and reappeared in the ground, Fūjin then smiled at the girl who had been calling out to him with his almost signature goofy grin asking  "Who's Nana-chan~?"

Nana watched any move that the boy was making. He wasn't really smart, as he didn't paid any attention to his surroindings, as it seemed. This, or - he just didn't knew how to use a ladder, so it didn't matter if she speaked to him in detail, because he still wont get it. He was quite the gutsy one as he jumped down with no fear. He was probably very skilled in parkour or something. Nana almost freaked out because of his sudden move and protected herself with her hand over her head, but he stopped right infront of her, wich let her know that she's save, as she lowered her hand down again. Now that he was right infront of her, he actually appeared a little bit taller and more handsome, than when he was stuck on the platform, althought he still looked kinda blunt. Of course, Nana didn't care about that, as she still finded girls more attractive to her. She kept it as a secret. "Who's Nana-chan~?" - he asked, as Nana realised, that he still won't recognise that she actially stated her name.
-Me. I'm Nana-chan, dummy! - said Nana almost angered, pouting at him, and she blushed, because she felt a little shy, too:
-Geez.... - she took a short breath.
In this moment, in her mind, she asked herself what the hell was she doing, messing around with a guy like him. Not only was he acting wierd, but he was an idiot, too. Making a conversation with him wouldn't do her any better, than if she tried to stay away from troublesome guys. But this was her own fault.

"-Me. I'm Nana-chan, dummy!" The girl explained to him that she was the girl called Nana sounding almost angry until she took a short breath saying"Geez...." Fūjin gave the girl complete eye contact when listening to her speak which for him was out of the ordinary but uncommon for him to do so "Nice to meet cha' Nana-chan," he said to her smiling as his goofy grin was spread across his face unaware of the group of ten men in cloaks that surrounded himself and Nana in a circle of "Imma -" "AKIKO FUJIN! CAPTAIN OF THE INFINTE HORIZON PIRATES!" One of the men yelled as the ten men threw off their cloaks to reval their white and blue naval uniform with the seagull crest located on their hats or shirts, aiming rifles straight at him. Fūjin span his heels doing a complete 360 to see the people that had surrounded him and Nana and turned back to her "Yea I'm what he said." The marines cocked their guns "AKIKO FUJIN! YOU ARE UNDER ARREST FOR THE ACCOUNTS OF ASSULT, THEIFERY AND PIRACY! Fūjin placed his hand on his chin and tilted his head slightly as he did when thinking "Hmmmm, that doesn't sound like me...he did say my name though...hmmm." During this time the marines had called out to Fūjin demanding he surrender himself and had counted down from ten "ZERO!"
"Nana-chan, duck!"
"FIRE!"
The bullets sailed through the air towards Fūjin as if they were in slow motion, if Nana hadn't ducked in time Fūjin would have tripped her up to be out of the bullets line of trajectory before dodging the bullets with simple side steps and once they had to reload Fūjin raised his leg cocked back vibrating so fast that it effected the air around it causing it to move around his leg forming a tornado like wind tunnel around it. Fujin then preformed 360 spin kick with the wind covered leg in a wide circle, causing the wind tunnel to extend to as long as 40 metres acting like a whip sweeping up the marines knocking them into each other and flying into each other taking all 20 of them out. Fūjin snickered as he placed his foot on the ground again before offering Nana a hand up while the sound of marines shouting could be heard along with a lot of foot steps as another ten marines the plaza as the citizens fled not want to be caught in crossfire "Sorry about that Nana-chan~" he said with an apologetic smile "I just didn't want you to be hit by a bullet."

For once, he maked full eye contact with Nana, wich, she could tell by herself that was unusual about guys with personalities such as his. Althought she was barely starting to know him, she could tell that, as she was very good in knowing when others are honest, and this silver haired boy was, at this moment. Ok, so he was not a complete idiot, as it seemed. She wondered if he needed to say something else to her besides what his name is, wich was lately revealed, as the marines showed up and yelled someone's name, most probably the pirate's. "Akiko Fujin", huh? So this was his name. He approved, wich ment that it was a true statement. It appeared that this he actually has a crew, too. Infinite Horizon Pirates. Nana tried to remember if she knows this name from somewhere, but it didn't said nothing to her, as she was not really into the world wide's newspapers by now. It could be a really popular crew, so much that the marines would show up to catch just one pirate. Nana wasn't really on the side of the navis, even if she weared clothes, similar to theirs. She actually got shocked because of their really big amount. So this was Loguetown's marine strenght. Of course, they were just ordinary soldiers, but their lenght was still intense. Fujin, however, was not normal. Nana ducked as one of marine's attacks could've hit her, if it wasn't for Akiko's warning. Then, he did something really strange. He preformed 360 spin kick, and knocked out 20 marines, wich was a lot. And, that was done with just a single attack.
"Are you even a human?" - she asked, because she was a little bit surprised of his technique.
"Huh?" - Nana almost lost any sense of reallity before another of his sudden moves. He placed his foot on the ground and offered her a hand up. She didn't knew that he was such a gentleman. She accepted the hand up, and both of them stood up, as ofcourse, he didn't kissed her hand afterwards, because his manners were such. Not, that she wouldn't slap him if he did that, too. Nana thought that it wasn't really appropriate for her to participate in the fight, as she still had to think twice about getting herself into even more troubles.
"Uhm, I have a question" - accosted Nana to Fujin with a serious voice, hoping that he would pay her attention for a while. "Why are you helping Nana-chan? Besides the fact that she got herself into this mess because of being around you."
It was not logic for someone to protect her so much, if it wasn't for something important. Like money.

"Are you even a human?" Fūjin heard Nana asked looking and sounding confused after witnessing one of his techniques. Fūjin just snicker while grinning his goofy smile "Of coarse I am human Nana-chan~. I am just a Zoom-Zoom human." he explained to the best of his doing his best to explain that he gain his powers from eating the Zūmū-Zūmū no mi also known the Zoom-Zoom devil fruit. "Huh?" he listened to her say as he guessed Nana was still slightly shocked after seeing his powers. It was after he had helped Nana up off the ground when she spoke up again "Uhm, I have a question" she asked him a serious voice, he nodded to let her know she was listening while he counted and watched the movements of the ten marines that entered the plaza "Why are you helping Nana-chan? Besides the fact that she got herself into this mess because of being around you."
Nana's question caused him to look at her shocked and a little confused "I didn't think you were a baka Nana-chan~" he said laughing before looking at her still smiling his goofy grin "I'm helping Nana-chan because she is a good person after all, you offer to catch me when I was on top of the platform."

"Of coarse I am human Nana-chan~. I am just a Zoom-Zoom human." explained the boy, wich meaned, that he was a devil fruit eater aswell. Nana smiled as if she got that. But then he answered to her other question. "I didn't think you were a baka Nana-chan~" - he said laughing before looking at her still smiling his goofy grin. "I'm helping Nana-chan because she is a good person after all, you offer to catch me when I was on top of the platform."
*Who's baka, baka?* - were Nana's thoughts, as she stared at him, looking annoyed because of his words. She could've slaped him if he didn't save her before, because of him acting dull agian, but it's good that atleast he told why did he saved her. Althought his reason was not the best thing that Nana has ever heared. Nana took a short breath, and after that she was about to actually get serious. She brushed the dust she got after being on the ground (because her skirt got a little dirty) off of her with her hands, and said to Fujin sounding little disappointed:
"Well, that was good enought, i guess." - she was then roughtly interrupted by the marines' yelling at them. "Hey! Don't you think that you're going to ignore us!" Nana then got infront of the boy, almost looked as if this time she was protecting him not to get hurt, as she had a focused look in her eyes. "What? A little girl is going to fight us?" the navis again distrupted Nana with their disgusting, noisy voices, as Nana hated such type of people. Not only that, but they talked down on her, too.
"Don't underestimate me, stupid!" - it almost seemed like Nana was on the verge to explode. She then stretched her right arm, forming a "pistol" hand mark. "Huh? What are you going to do? Shoot us with an invisible gun?" - the navis were begining to taunt her while laughing at her illogical actons, and then more of them entered the plaza, making their count up to 30. "No more games, filthy pirates! Catch them, guys!!!!" - taunted the same one guy, as the other ones shouted, too, and all of them were about to make their move. Well, it was too late for them, as Nana was already making her own.
*Bangu Bangu no Mi: Bulleto* - said Nana in her mind, as she shoot something like orange colored 'flint', wich was actually easy to explain - it was a gunshot of compressed explosive energy, that flied towards the marines, who were fairly far away from them, like 16 metres. The soldiers shut their mouth at the heat of the moment and looked strangely at the wierd thing that was getting closer to them, with the speed of a bullet, not realising what was about to happen to them. "Shit...." - panicked one of the guys, after seeing that the "thingy" was about to detonate.
"BANG!!!!!" - screamed Nana, and then  "DOOOOOOM~!", the thing that already approched them, exploded, creating a 15x15 explosion, wich almost got close to Nana and Fujin, as it blowed up all of the enemies. There could be more marines about to reach the battlefield, thought, but for now the terrain was cleared by Nana's devil fruit ability, as she blowed up 30 of them with a single shot.

Clank Clank Clank

A marine ran across the hallway with the sound of his sword echoing through the halls. Reaching the end of the hallway, the marine stopped in front of a gigantic pair of doors. The marine gulped and knocked on the door. Waiting for the doors to open, the marine bit his nails. The marine immediately stood straight and ran into the room after the door opened. Inside the room, the marine captain sat in front of his desk, doing paper work. The marine gave the captain a salute before he started talking

Marine: Sir-

Captain: What is it! Don't you see I'm busy!

Marine: News came in sir! A group of pirates are making noise in loguetown!

Captain: And so what! Let our marines handle it!

Marine: Troops were already deployed sir! In fact, the two of them have almost wiped them out in an instant.

Captain: What! Two! Two smelly pirates! You're having trouble with two pirates!

The captain slammed his desk, so hard that his hand got through a hole it made. The captain was furious. The marine took a few steps back, taking precautions, just in case the captain unleashes his anger towards him.

Marine: S-sir, the pirate was Storm Runner Fujin sir! As well as another pirate we haven't took record of yet.

Captain: Fujin! Why didn't you say so!

Marine: Are you going to handle it yourself sir?

Captain: Me! I would've wanted to! But alas, I'm busy with all these papers to work with. A mere commander can handle it, send one of the finest commanders we have here to deal with Fujin if they continue such action. Tell him I told so!

Marine: Yes sir!

The marine gave a salute to the captain. The marine ran back to the hallway afterwards.

Captain: Let's see how he'll handle a commander...

The captain bowed down and started to scribble on some paper once more.

Fūjin smirked mischievously as he watched thirty more marines storm into the plaza as he listed to Nana took a short breath, while catching a glimpse of her as she brushed the dust she got on her skirt after being on the ground off of her with her hands, before turning to Fujin sounding little disappointed "Well, that was good enought, i guess."
"Enough of what Nana-chan?" he asked her sound confused before she was interrupted by the marines' yelling at them. "Hey! Don't you think that you're going to ignore us!" Fūjin was about to dash forward until Nana then got in front of him before he was even going to move leaving him confused for a minute but soon came to his on conclusion of what was happening in the situation after seeing that she had a focused look in her eyes before steeping back. "What? A little girl is going to fight us?" the marines interrupted her once more and seemingly were enraging Nana.
"Don't underestimate me, stupid!" Fūjin watched the silver haired girl as it seemed like she almost like was on the verge to explode while she stretched her right arm, forming a "gun" with her hand.
"Huh? What are you going to do? Shoot us with an invisible gun?" The marines taunted her while laughing at her actions, Fūjin yawned as if board "Man the seagulls here are noisy, they don't stop cawing."
"No more games, filthy pirates! Catch them, guys!!!!"
Fūjin's attention was brought back to the fight when Nana finally made her move as she shoot something that looked like an orange coloured shard of 'flint' from her body that flew through the air towards the marines. "BANG!!!!!" he listened to her scream which was followed by a large "DOOOOOOM~!", as the area where the marines were coming from exploded into an explosion that had a radius of 15m, leaving Nana and himself only a meter away as Nana,s powers blew up all of the enemies. Fūjin stood there amazed as he watched the power of the girl he had just met unaffected of the amount of air the explosion pushed back along with the heat it produced as when it cleared the plaza looked like war zone with marines lying on the ground as smoke came out from there mouths while their eyes were blank and bodies covered in soot and rubble. He turned to Nana as 20 more marines ran in into now what looked like a war zone keeping their distance from himself and her. "THAT WAS AWESOME! NANA-CHAN!" he looked at her with his eyes parking as if a six year old had just seen his favourite comic book superhero come to life right out of the pages of his book "Yosh! I made up my mind!" he told her before grabbing the hand she didn't have extended clasping it in both of his hands smiling warmly though it still looking a little bit goofy "You're joining my crew Nana-chan~" he said chuckling as he ignored the marines yelling out there demands again not hearing them as they didn't dared to take a step into the plaza that had just been through an explosion.

"THAT WAS AWESOME! NANA-CHAN!" Fujin was apperantly amazed by Nana's ability, after seeing the result of enemies flying around from the explosion's blast and falling on the ground, decimated. There were more enemies showing up, however, they didn't dare to enter the battlefield, after the huge explosion that occured, wich could be probably seen by the entire town. Aside from Akiko worshiping her power, wich, he should be afraid of instead in a normal situation, however he was a devil fruit eater as well, so he didn't seem to care, but now Nana made a huge mistake, since she could be recorded by the world goverment as a traitor and be hunted by the navis.
"It's not really that big of a deal." - said Nana, looking on the other side, while she blushed a little because of the compliment he made. Her expression, however, changed, and turned out all negative, when Fujin grabed her hand and asked her to join his crew. It's true, that Nana didn't know what to do, after meeting up with someone as popular as he was on the wanted list, because she was pretty darn sure that he had a lot of bounty on his head, but this was a very sudden move, probably the least that she could expect from someone like him. She rudely pulled her hand away from his, she might've aswell kick him in the head, but because he did had some gently manners, Nana thinked twise about it and quickly stood up on her mind, and was prepared to answer him instead.
"Denied." - responded Nana, refusing his "proposal", and she covered up the hand that he grabbed earlier with her other one, catching it by the wrist.
"Nana-chan does not simply agree to join you on your terms. You should do something for me and get me out of the mess i got in because of you, then i'll deside if it's worth with. Even if that happens and i do infact agree, that will stil cost you 5,000,000,000 beli! " - Nana sounded not only serious, as if she was not kidding at all, but very demanding, too.
"And also, lots of treasures!!!!" added Nana, while when she mentioned the word 'treasures', her eyes began to sparkle, wich clearly showed that she was really greedy, maybe she would charge money for other reasons, too, that's why it was dangerous for someone to hang around with her, or include her into something that she doesn't want to deal with.

???: GURAHHH!!!

The marines surrounding the two pirates made way for a large muscular man about 7 feet tall, wielding a huge spiky iron club. He looked displeased with the ruckus as he eyed those two who started it. The man picked up a marine from his collar and raised him to get in line with his face.

Marine: C-c-com-commander P-Polo! S-sir...

Commander Marco: Call me by my first name dimwit! How many time do I have to say that!

Marine: Y-yes sir M-Marco sir!

Commander Marco: You let these two kids take on 70 of you!? What would the people think of us marines if 70 of you marines can't even handle two kids! A Disgrace!

The Commander then threw the marine as it screamed towards the two pirates with unbelievable force. He smiled and pointed his club towards the two pirates. He seemed pleased as the marines squirm because of him.

Commander Marco: Sorry if I took long. I'm marine commander Marco, and I'm here to press charges on you. If you resist, I'll press my club on ya! GurahGurahGraha!
