    Location: North Blue, Pirate Island
    Task Details: Recently a crew named "The Star Pirates" has  been making it to the local news, they've been doing all kinds of mischief, whether it being kidnapping a person to murdering several families. The pirates occupied a town in East Blue, they're trying to get money by selling the regular townsfolk as slaves. A few marine members have been selected to this mission to free the city and successfully capture the pirates, dead or alive. The marine members have been put under the command of Rylan.
