Damien's sword

Equipment Name: Conquistador

Equipment Level: 1

Equipment Type:  Big and heavy two handed broadsword.

Equipment Description: A large broadsword that is colored midnight black with red ripples shining from the double-sided blade. The blade is rather large, larger than six feet, and considered by many to be heavy enough to be only usable with only one hand, yet due to Damien's rather high level of strength, he was able to lift up rather easily.

Equipment Significance: The weapon was used as a symbol of the strongest warrior of his homeland. Whoevever picked upped the blade was deemed the strongest of his island. So naturally, Damien challenged the odds and managed to lift the blade. It is now his primary form of offense outside of his devil fruit.

Equipment Strength:  

• The sword is quite heavy, and thus it gives him a greater damage pull during attacks, since they all resemble an executioner's axe swing in terms of newtons used.
  

• The sword is black, hence it doesn't really shine or stand out due to his otherwise dark clothes. Hence, the blade camouflages with himself.
  

• The sword is extremely sharp, but offers little elegance.
  

Equipment Weaknesses:

• The blade was made for sheer blunt attacks, hence it offers little-to-no grace in it's movement's executions.
  

• While a relatively good swordsman on his own right, since he had to learn how to fight before actually gaining his devil fruit, Damien is capable of doing long fights with his blade. However, the swords is very heavy and while he can control it well, he sometimes has trouble actually controlling the strength and pull of his attacks, which can mean anything from chopping his friends's hair into a new style, or actually beheading someone he cares about. This is why he likes to fight with his sword whenever nobody he cares about is around.
  

• The sword does have red ripples going through it due to the metal used in it's forging, hence while it does mix well with his normal clothes during a normal, non-espionage day, it is terrible during spying or covert missions due to the red ripples that the sword produces, hence practically telling everybody where he is.
