Personality: Mahiro is a quiet guy that minds his own business, he doesn't like people that butt in everything, and he doesn't get into other people's business either. But if you mess with anything he likes to do he'll like to end things real fast. He is only kind towards his captain and very loyal. He doesn't like when people disrespect his captain or don't take him seriously. If you mess with his captain you mess with Mahiro. He is also nice to his crew, but not as nice towards his own captain. Everyone outside his crew is considered trash to him. He has his personality because his father always used to beat him up and his mother. He doesn't trust people too fast, because one of the persons that he trusted the most (his father) betrayed him, and abused his mother and him. Behavior/Habits: Mahiro likes to be alone, and tries to seek out the most quiet place. When nobody pays attention to him, he disappears to train alone. He doesn't want anybody see him training and likes to keep it for himself. That's mainly due his past, he wants to become stronger than he is now to protect his crew and or friends. He doesn't want to see anyone die. His current habit is biting his nails, he doesn't know from who he got it but he's biting his nails more frequently when there's something intense going on. Like when some big shot arrives at the scene. When he isn't biting his nails he likes to sleep, he can fall asleep whenever and every where.

History:
When Mahiro was 9 year old he received his first weapon, that weapon was a ton-fa. His father gave him a ton-fa so he could protect himself from other people and/or protect his family. His father had no real job and was getting fired every time he had a job. Mainly due his short temper, and when he came home, he released his anger on his mother and Mahiro. That's the reason Mahiro is a quiet guy, he never speaks unless he has something useful to say. He had no real friends and envied pirates for their freedom.

The beating continued till Mahiro was 15. He raised his weapon against his father, and engaged into a battle. His mother desperately tried to stop them both, but died in a futile effort. That broke his switch and killed his father without much effort. Mahiro grabbed his mother and could hear her last words "I'm proud of you." were her last ones. Tears were overflowing and continued to cry for hours, after 2 days he finally got a hold of himself and decided that he would sail out soon. He dreamed to become a pirate due their freedom and will, hoping he could finally have friends for his own.

Mahiro always trained alone since his mother died, he was desperately trying to improve his skills so he could protect the ones that are dear to him. That lonely training continued three years, he finally had a decent grasp of what he's capable of and decided that he would sail out to make his mother proud.
