Skill Name: Wind Shield Arts
Skill Type:Close-Mid Range
Skill Information: Throughout History this skill has been used to Defend against Attacking enemies or to place Shield like Wind chi around allies. The Wind Arts were developed by an Old Monk on Starter Island to defend against the horrors of the world. This Skill can also put a shield around multiple items to defend them from getting damaged.
Skill Strengths:
-Able to Put a wind based shield around Targets and Himself, protecting from most damage.
-Blunt Based Weapons do not effect the Shield as much as other weapons.
-when up against a Earth Based Users this user gains a +10 to endurance
Skill Weaknesses:
-Sharp Attacks are able to cut through the wind defense a lot better than regular attacks.(Such as a Katana)
-When up against Water based Users this user takes a -10 to endurance.
