Not much is known about this island, it was possibly just a coincidental as to how it was shaped like a hand, though upon discovery of the island, a rumor was brought out, that a devil smacked the ocean so hard that and Island was created from the sheer power. Maybe this is why the ocean despises everything about the devil, maybe that’s why the sea makes those who are tainted with the devils powers after eating one of his fruits sink? Maybe the attack on the sea was what created the fruits all over the world?
In either case, the story of this island brought people to see this place, and with some people came more, and then some stayed behind, started to build and soon a very prosperous city was built in this mysterious island which had so much rumor over it.

Appearance:Guard of the Great city int he middle of the Island. The guards wear all heavy armor and wield a very large spear as a weapon. Their heavy armor covers them from head to toe. The armor is completely grey with a white hand painted on the chest of the guard.
Description: Hand-Guards are diligent protectors of the city. The island is susceptible to attacks from random pirates and bandits who come appear, to try raiding the town in belief they are hording powerful devil fruits. The Guards can be found completely surrounding the city as well as in parties walking around the island making sure everything is going smooth.

- Hand Chief:
Name: Hand Chief

Appearance:The chiefs of Hand look rather similar to the regular guards of hand. However there are some differences, namely their armor is completely black. Also to match their white hand print on their chest, they have a white feather protruding from their black helmet. The Chiefs do not use spears as their lower ranking brothers. Instead they are equipped with a two handed claymore sword.
Description: Chiefs are in charge over the lower ranking Hand guards, and are called to back them up if there is trouble going on outside or inside the city. The Chiefs are very serious about their duty and do not hesitate to vanquish any evil doer who is on their island. They are way more aged in combat than just guards.

Appearance:General Timmy is a Giant hybrid that reaches a total height of 10 meters tall. He is a very unique looking Giant, as he seems to get larger as his body body reaches close to the ground. He looks like a normal human with a very long body, until you get to his legs. His Legs are very long and thick, however his Feet are beyond massive. Each foot reaching a total of 5 meters each. They can leave an impressive imprint into the ground.
Description: General Timmy is a very polite and loving individual. Everyone inside the city walls enjoys seeing and greeting the General. He is seen as a hero and a protector from all the evils outside the city walls. He has yet to ever be defeated in the last 10 years since he has become the General over the city.
