He is tall and a little muscular. He has a kind face with a thin beard. He has scars on his neck, chest and front Fore arms. One very small piece of metal shrapnel is lodged in his cheek bone. Short Brown hair and brown eyes. He wears a long pink trench coat with no sleeves. Underneath he wears his white marine uniform, which he wears open so you can see his chest and neck.

Personality:
He is honest, and strong. Not the smartest person but he can think outside the box. Doesn't trust anyone except his crew, but he love to insure that people trust him. He is very kind hearted by nature even though his life has tried to make him cold and twisted. He loves to stay up and look after his friends because it makes him feel needed and wanted. He has an obsession with being Cold, because of when he was a boy he spent his days under the hot ocean sun.  Very energetic and ready to fight anytime he is need by the navy or his captain. He is a womanizer and loves to drink on his off time. On his days off he is often seen with many women or his best friend Azure D. Snow. He's always looking for a good time and has been known to fall down and sleep anywhere. He hates dinosaurs mostly because they scared the hell out of him when he was a kid.
   
Likes:

-Cold:When he was younger his marine father would take him on trips and he hated how hot it would get. It also has to do with knowing his real father and grandfather were granted the power of the sun.

-Women: He always is flirting and messing around. Its in his blood to be a loving person. He just cares a little to much.

-The Ocean Smell: Like any sea fairing individual, he love the ocean spray and the wonderful smell it provides.

-Azure D. Snow: He has always looked up to Snow, because she always had a plan and was the first marine that was honest about everything she ever told him.


Dislikes:

-Dirty marines: When he was 15 years old dirty marines betrayed his father for money that is partly why he has trust issues.

-Pirates: He thought his real grandfather and father were terrible pirates and awful humans that went against the world. Therefore he dislikes all pirates and wishes to bring them to justice.

-Live chickens: Chickens are the closed know relative to the t-Rex and dinosaurs. That is why he never wants to see or be around them.

-The Heat: Leo's real father sailed under the flag of the spiral sun and drew power from his sun devil fruit. His grandfather Barrett D. Morgan also drew power from the same devil fruit in his day. This is the source of Leo's hatred for pirates and the feeling of heat.
 
Motivations:
Dirty marines got his father killed and pirates have been in his bloodline since his grandfather Barrett D. Morgan. So he wants to correct his family's mistakes and Atrocities By becoming a marine and taking down any pirates that threaten peace. 

Fears:

-Losing his best Friends: Leo holds his best friends close to his heart. They are all he really has left in this world; If he lost them he would go insane.

-Devil Fruits: In his second year at the marine academy (when he was 17) his
best friend made a bet that he wouldn't eat an odd looking apple from a nearby tree. When he did he realized what it was and grew a fear of eating another devil fruit.

-Dinosaurs: When he was 7 his marine father took him to a new island they had found with dinosaurs on it. His father thought this would be a fun experience. Little did he know it would scare Leo for the rest of his life.  


Behavior/Habits:
Loves Drinking with beautiful women as well as his crew. Likes to have a good time when off duty. He can never wait till his shift is over and hates going to work. Stays up late to watch the ship while everyone sleeps, and is always looking for something to eat. After battle he loves to take freezing bathes. In his spare time at sea he likes to experiment with his a ability and sometimes creates little plasma balls and try to juggle. He likes to make little plasma animals that only hold together for about 10 seconds. He also drinks rum secretly on the job.
   
History:

Leo was born from a line of great pirates. When Leo was a baby the marines took him from his pirate family and given to a loving marine family that cared very much for him. When Leo turned 7 his marine father took him to a newly found island that was filled with dinosaurs. instead of the young leo being excited and happy he was frightened and horrified at the beasts that roamed around, Making him fear them. He grew up knowing the world from a marines point of view and that the world should be protected from pirates and other evils. When he was 11 he was told that his birth family were a bunch of murdering, selfless pirates and he was shocked at the truths he heard. The Truth scarred him and made him hate pirates enough to join the marines in order to protect the world from his birth family's ways. When Leo was 15 he discovered a plot that was aimed at betraying his marine father. He rushed to the building that his father was kept in but as soon as he opened the doors an explosion went off and scarred his chest, neck and forearms. Because of his X formation block the front of his face was left unscathed all except a small piece of metal shrapnel that lodged into his left cheekbone. He could get the Shrapnel removed but it reminds him of the Dirty Marines that cost his father with his life. A year after his marine fathers death he joined the marine academy at HQ. His experience in the many things his Marine father taught him made him the top of his class in both martial arts and knowledge of what a marine should be. A year passed and the higher ranking officers decided to switch him into a fighting style Division where he met his best friend, Azure D. Snow.  They trained together everyday in every possible thing that they could in order to become stronger and one day they went on a field trip to a new island with the ranking officers. Azure and Leo saw an odd looking apple that was Red with Blue Swirls and Azure Dared him to eat it. As Leo bit into the odd apple his skin burned and he felt not as solid as he was before. Later he found out he had eaten the Plasma Plasma Fruit. Since that day he is careful not to eat another odd Fruit and fears the thought of eating another since the result would be deathly.
