Mechanics:
The amount of power from a move depends on how "spirited" the user is when in use:
"High in spirit" would be like happy, mad, or just pumped with adrenaline
"Low in spirit" would be like relaxed, sad, depressed)
Skill Strengths:
-Can be used often
-Very strong/destructive attacks
-Can "fly" by turning into the aura turning into "spirit form"
-Can absorb the attack and remaining unharmed by turning the body into "solid form"
Skill Weaknesses:
-The user can be easily stopped by the intake of "harmful" gases/plasma (poison, fire, etc).
-Trouble with control of the ability, therefore, it's difficult for user to control the direction it goes except a straight line
-Many of the attacks have a way to harm the user him/herself
-Attacks and Defenses can be stopped by a strong enough opponent
