Skill Name: Hie-Hie no Mi

Skill Information: Hie-Hie no Mi is a devil fruit that ables the user to turn, create, generate and control ice, turning the user a Ice Human. User says Taiga Taiga no at the begging of her attacks, a pun on the most cold biome Taiga and the pronounce of it means Tiger in japanese, which is her epithet.
Skill Strengths:
- Intangibility: User can turn into ice, and cannot be harmed unless the use of Busoshoku Haki, Heat and Sea Stone.
- Cold Temperatures: User is able to survive, and even not feel the cold temperatures, and will gain +5 boost on her stats, except intelligence.
- As a passive, user can simply make the temperature around her low.
Skill Weaknesses:
- Enemies who use Busohoku Haki could harm the user even when user is in her Ice Form.
- User cannot swim, and sea stone will make user unable to use her abilities.
- Heat is one huge weakness of the user, and in very hot temperatures, user loses -5 of her stats, except intelligence.

Ability Lvl 1 Description: User turns their body into ice, then starts to spin and turns their ice into a dust-like form and shaped them as rings spinning around them (their size is 2 times a regular hula-hoop), and rushes to the enemies and attacks them. The slashes freezes hitten places for 1 post.)
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- It's a great move on one-on-ones.
- It freezes the hitten places.
- It can hit more than one people.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- User cannot aim where to freeze.
- User cannot aim at all.
- It can hit allies.
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Taiga-Taiga no Snowball
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Ranged (25 Meters)
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2
Ability Lvl 1 Description: User shapes her hands as a cannon, and starts to fire snowballs to the enemies, which explodes and freezes in contact. It explodes, then the particles freeze.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- User can aim.
- It can freeze enemies. (Duration: 1 Post)
- It's a great move to hit multiple people.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- User can aim, but only if user has +20 Finesse
- It deals not much damage.
- It's a move that can be easily escape from.
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Taiga Taiga no Polar
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Support/Melee
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4
Ability Lvl 1 Description: User creates ice in it's dust-like form from her hands, and sucks in it, and breathes a more powerful version of that little amount of dust at the enemy. This can directly freeze the enemy or be used to make a shield.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- It has 2 different jobs.
- User can aim.
- User can select where to freeze.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- People with 50+ Strength could break the ice shield.
- The ice breath cannot freeze enemy fully.
- The ice breath does not work in hot temperatures.
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Taiga Taiga no Phantom
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Ranged (35 Meters)
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 5
Ability Lvl 1 Description: User creates a phantom-like statue from ice, then throws it at the Enemy. Enemy who gets hit by this turns into an ice statue for 3 posts.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- It can fully turn the enemy into a ice statue.
- It lasts for 3 posts.
- The phantom can scare coward enemies.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- User needs +30 Finesse to aim properly.
- It can only hit one enemy.
- It's an easy move to escape before it hits.
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Taiga Taiga no Byakko
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Field
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 7
Ability Lvl 1 Description: User turns her whole body into ice and starts to spin, causing a blizzard. Then user shapes their body as a tiger and dashes to the enemies, and then leaves the tiger's body and leaves the tiger as an exploding decoy.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- It's a immerse move.
- It can freeze opponents.
- The tiger can scare off weak NPC enemies.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- It can hit allies.
- User cannot choose the place to freeze.
- User's Speed falls by 10 cause user gets exhausted. (Duration: 2 Posts.)
