Ruku dresses in a tight black shirt with a deep V in the center. The sleeves are very short and stop just below the armpit. He wears his white over jacket unzipped and over his black shirt. His jacket stops just below his buttocks and has blue trim with silver cuff links. Around his neck is a silver skull necklace with rubies for eyes on a black thin rope. The pants he wears are very simple black pants followed by simple gray boots with blue trim and white shoe strings.
He is a tall and strapping young individual with jet black hair that is spiked out in a punk like fashion. Just above his eyebrows are three silver studs just below his eyebrows on each side. He has light brown eyes and generally appear playful even in battle. His mouth is ALWAYS contorted into a self deluded smile that appears as if he has victory just before the tips of his fingers(very similar to Doflamingo except in a smirk instead of a Spongebob smile like Mingo) He has a very lean build with his body being quite lithe and flexible with his long arms and large hands. His fingernails are jet black with crossbones in the middle of them. He has also very long legs like most characters in One Piece though they are not as thin as most and appear to be average.

Caring: He is very caring in his approach to everything looking only to cause the least amount of pain though getting the job done as quick as possible. This also plays into his intention to detail in his sub profession as a doctor.
Sly: He is a trickster at heart but though his other personality traits this is downplayed and appears as he just being Sly. He chooses his words carefully making sure to craft his speeches to fit the situation to the best of his ability.
Twisted: Despite being a doctor of sorts he does not truly believe in the killing of other but he believes that though testing and sacrificing the lives of others especially criminals that he can better the world of everyone even it it means killing many just to save a few.
Reserved: He enjoys keeping his true emotions in check though he appears to be outgoing his true self is much more reserved and colder. His inner self usually is only shown out when he has something to gain or just doesn't care at the moment.
Cold: This plays into his true self and truly cold meaning detached from the world. In his true self his actions shows much more attention to detail in his actions often losing sight of his long term goals to finish whatever he is doing just right....just so perfectly.
Loving/Covets: His plays into both his fake and true personas as he shows she much love into what doing. This is secondary to caring though.

History:
Ruku was born on Squirt Island to a nurse and a inventor of the town. Despite the island being small it became well known for its beautiful Oasis in the center of the island that attracted many wealthy patrons to the town to enjoy the warm waters. He grew up in the middle class part of town and was put to rigid training from near birth to study medicine and science to better the island and the people of the world.
So for several years he started learning about the amazing ways of medicine with his equally stern parents. He knew people and was friendly but his parents soon installed in him that friends do not exist and that one must rely on oneself to get ahead. This put him in a deep social and moral conflict that continues to plague him currently as he does trust anyone but loves the company of many people and getting to know them. At the age of seven he was sent off to the boarding school for Science and Medicine on the island to study everything they had to offer. For many years he stayed on campus making friends with other students and still keeping what little relationship he had with his parents alive until at the age of 11 he saw something that changed him forever.
He saw his first autopsy and he was the most wonderful thing he had ever seen in his life. He stood mesmerized and entranced in the man slowly cutting up the body on the table. He soon followed the man who did the autopsies everywhere he went and especially when he did autopsies and soon by watching began experimenting with doing autopsies on dead animals slowly perfecting the art by the age of 14. This is when he picked up the name Frankenstein from a old book one of his teachers read to the class. He embraced the name wholeheartedly and soon after dig up an fresh corpse of someone who had died a few weeks ago and cut the body open studying the various parts of the human body enjoying the corpse until he could cut no more and he put the body parts back in the casket and left it where it was.
At 17 is when he left Squirt Island and went all over the Blues looking for adventure and more things to cut up. He cut up a Fishman, a mermaid, a whale, a woman, a Cyborg, and various bird throughout his adventure studying their various body parts while gaining knowledge of the world. At 20 he continues to sail to learn as much as he can.
