Stat System Information
Fundamentals
Stats gain importance by every of 20. The only way to have a clear advantage over someone else is to have a clear 20 point lead over the opponent, and even so it's only minor. A 40 point advantage is noticeable, and anything higher than a 60 Point advantage is the same as overwhelming an opponent. At most you can only have 300 points in a single stat area at any given time.
Examples
10 Point Advantage: Luffy vs Rob Lucci [Water 7]
20 Point Advantage: Ace vs Blackbeard
40 Point Advantage: Coby vs Luffy [Marine Ford]
60 Point Advantage: Zoro vs Dracule [Baratie]
Main Attributes
Endurance:
Endurance measures the amount of damage you can take during battles. Having zero points in this stat means that you have average human levels of Endurance. You can not survive most wounds and your immunity to diseases is that of a person with an average immune system. Nothing special.
Intelligence:
Intelligence measures your ability to invent, be a strategist, provide medical help to others And store information with a much higher recall rate. It is also said that People with high intelligence can see the future and do things that others can not in terms of psychic phenomenon. Having zero points in this stat means that you have average human levels of intelligence. It does not mean you are stupid, it means you have a basic understanding of things. At one point, you basically have the same intelligence of a high-school graduate.
Speed:
Overall movement speed of the user, Its also Quickness of your Techniques and abilities. Having zero points in this stat means that you have average human levels of Speed. Just because you can move fast doesn't mean you know where you are going. In order to see how fast you are going, balance this stat with reflexes, otherwise you're just like Captain Kuro.
Reflex:
Reflex measures your agility and instinct to block or dodge attacks. Having zero points in this stat means that you have average human levels of reflex, nothing unique about your ability to dodge or see attacks coming at you. At [ 50 ] you can see non-unique bullets being fired at you and you can instinctively dodge them without effort.
Strength:
Strength is how strong you are and Measures how brutally powerful your attacks will be. This is the stat for Brutes and the like, the ones who just want to throw raw uncontrollable power around. The ones who use this stat have more ridged and almost mechanical Movements.
Finesse:
How much skill you put into a thing, how precise you do things. This is for the type that relies on precise attacks over overwhelming force, hitting certain points dealing just as much damage as someone using power. This Stat Allows for more aesthetic and "flowing" movements.
*Skill Mastery
Your main fighting skill is measured with this attribute.
*Haki Level
Your level of haki is measured with this attribute.
Attribute Points
All players start out with 100 Attribute Points in which they can distribute to the attribute they wish with the exception of Haki Level points and Skill Mastery points which can only be gained through ranking up.
Each time you rank up you gain 100 Attribute Points allowing you to distribute it to the attributes you desire. Example: If I am a Rookie Pirate with 50 attribute points in Power, and 50 in Intelligence than once I rank up to Veteran Pirate I gain 100 more attribute points that I can add. So I could add all my attribute points to power, resulting in a total of 150 Attribute points. The maximum amount of attribute points you can have through ranking up is 300. This means that once I reach the rank Legendary Status or Elite Marine I could've spent all my attribute points on power. (EXTRA Stat Points are earned through Tasks, Contests, and site Events.)
Examples

Veteran Pirate/Senior Marine Attributes

*Explanation:
In this change there has happened too critical things, that have basicly remade the way you pick your stats. First thing that is possibly the biggest change is the removal of Dexterty and Power, seeing as the "choice" was rather mundane as it basicly choosing the stat that bettered your choice of skill, however now with the new stats Strength and Finesse you wont pick the stat to aid your skill cause of the kind of skill, you'll pick the stat you want due to the wya you want to use the skill.
*Now
e ofcourse require all to do changes to their stats, havev some patience with the staff in this time, just ask politely and then we'll do our best.
*Constitution
Constitution measures the amount of damage you can take during battles. Having zero points in this stat means that you have average human levels of durability. You can not survive most wounds and your immunity to diseases is that of a person with an average immune system. Nothing special.
*Dexterity

Having zero points in this stat means that you have the ability to shoot a gun like an average infantry soldier, and it means that you can handle a blade like someone who has little to no experience. It does not define hand to hand skill.
2nd big change is the change of Stamina and Constitution, the previous stamina didn't make sense as Stamina sorta didn't have anything to do with how fast, it only describes for how long you can keep going, so we've taken that away from the stat stamina and changed its name to speed, and then added the stamina part into constitution and change it too Endurance.
*Intelligence
Intelligence measures your ability to invent, be a strategist, and provide medical help to others. Having zero points in this stat means that you have average human levels of intelligence. It does not mean you are stupid, it means you have a basic understanding of things. At one point, you basically have the same intelligence of a high-school graduate.
