Appearance:
Scalpe has a normal build and is only slightly muscular. He has very light purple hair that covers his ears and his forehead. Scalpe rarely opens his eyes and his eyes, when opened, are colored green. He wears a black v-neck shirt and a white long sleeve jacket on top of it with the word "Marine" on the back written in kanji. He wears black slacks and black shoes underneath.

Personality:
Scalpe is normally quiet when alone. Although he tends to get a bit quirky when he's around other people. He's caring and gentle to his friends but is harsh and rough towards his enemies. He's loyal to the world government and is serious about his job as a marine. He's uncompromising, whatever his decision is, it wont be changed. Scalpe has strong strong determination, he'll never stop until he had reached his goal, if he's ever beaten in battle, he'll keep on coming back, stronger each time. He's that of a serious fighter, he'll never underestimate anyone that would challenge him. Scalpe would appear to be calm and collected at most times. By looking at his face, he would seem like the silent type but his personality seems to change whenever he steps into battle, he'll become vigorous, violent, and bloodthirsty. But despite of any situation, Scalpe is always focused and alert, a few traits he got from being a doctor.

Behavior/Habits:
Scalpe loves to read, mostly, he'll read books about medicine and history of piracy. Being a doctor, Scalpe has an unnatural habit of polishing his skills on surgery by taking people who's suffering from diseases which requires operation. Another weird habit of his is the collection and preservation of different organs and body parts in jars filled with liquid. These jars are displayed on his room which he examines for further research on the human body. With all of these hobbies, he still has time for combat training and skill polishing. He'll train whenever he's free and makes sure he'll get something accomplished.

History:

Scalpe is the only child of the previous Vice Admiral Levy Grousom and the doctor Joanne Organa. Scalpe has always idolized both of his parents making him decide to be either a doctor or a marine. Scalpe thought of having the best of both worlds, a marine doctor. He was determined to achieve his goal of becoming a marine doctor. He'll always read books about medicine and other books that'll help him ace on becoming a marine. On combat, Scalpe's father trained him on hand to hand combat and his father's specialty, swordsmanship at the early age of 5.

Ten years later, Scalpe graduated from the prestige school he was in. Scalpe was an excellent student with outstanding grades. He then studied medicine for five more years and graduated at the age of 15 with one of the highest ranks. For two years after finishing all of his studies, Scalpe now trained his combat skills and polished his medical abilities. It was all going well until one day...

Being a Vice Admiral, Scalpe's father was sent to a mission. It was no ordinary mission, it was a war. After a few months, Scalpe's father haven't still returned until he got word that his father was killed by a Yonko. It was an awful experience. This incident made Scalpe become more determined to become a marine.

At the age of 17, Scalpe finally applied to become a marine. He was accepted and was immediately sent into the training camp. He stayed there for two years and had finally became a full pledged marine at the age of 19. He was also given the opportunity to be one of the marine doctors that is allowed to participate in field missions.
