Arcana's appearance is very simple. He has black hair that he leaves to the wind on how the modeling goes. It's medium-sized and reaches below his ears and around his neck. His usual appearance in clothing, is a black suit with a blue undershirt donned with a white tie on top of it. The vest of the suit is always left open.

Personality:
Arcana is a simple but also a very complex guy. From time to time he's the clown, making jokes wherever he can and simply laughing at his opponents as long as they are the enemy; pirates or revolutionaries, insulting them with insults based on one's appeareance or way of talking for example. He also has a twisted sense of humor where he is likely to make inappopriate jokes, not vulgar but inappopriate, when the moment is there. For example, his jokes could be of people that have drowned in the water saying that they look like a school of jellyfish. It's not him that's laughing, but others might find it amusing. He has a high sense of honor and is very polite, especially to elderly people. His call of duty is to help people wherever he can, even though his looks give it away as if he doesn't care about others. He is also very optimistic and perceptive.

Behavior/Habits:
One of his odd and mostly disturbing behaviors and/or habits, catagorize it how you like, is that he has a knack for the French language even though there isn't a single root in his blood that leads back to see former. He is a smoker, and is probably always seen smoking. Yes, always. There are times where he doesn't inhale the fume though. When people say something about it, he answers with 'there is no such thing as ne fumer pas', which means: ~ as not smoking. He is also always wearing the same set of clothes. A black suit with a blue shirt and a white tie. He is also always seen wearing sunglasses, whether it's a matter of annoying sunshine or to sleep while standing up. It's the same thing with his smoking habit, it's only rarely when seen without.
History:
Before joining the marines, Arcana D. Sukeyasu was a very big outsider. He never went out to celebrate someone's birthday or go out and play with friends. No, instead, the latter always forced himself to train and become strong. Training and training, breaking his entire body slowly. However, after taking a week rest from training, the pain he was getting used to was gone. He punched the tree he had used as a boxing bag before after that same week of rest, and immediately created a hole in it, as big as his fist. From that point forward, Arcana was a good boy and was very polite to everyone aside from people that did illegal and forbidden stuff, lecturing them on that they are doing things the wrong way even if it ended up in Arcana getting beat up due to the force of numbers. However, this never was demotivating Arcana. Instead, it inspired him and motivated him whereas people would thought he'd stop being a individual vigilante. This game of cops and robbers ended up in Arcana joining the marine ranks and immediately sprouting, becoming an Lieutenant after the recruiting process immediately and leaping over other ranks, skipping them, ending up being the marine Captain he is today.
