Equipment Description: A small, spiral shaped, crimson shell taken from the island in the sky, Skypia. This dial has the ability to absorb tremendous amounts of kinetic energy before releasing it in a powerful blast at a desired target.
Equipment Significance: Given to him by his commanding officer during his early days training as a Marine, this dial is the only momento Chester has of his incredible adventure among the clouds.

Equipment Strength:
- Easy to use and carry
- Appears entirely nonthreatening to those who do not have experience fighting in Skypia
- Able to absorb almost limitless amounts of kinetic energy

Equipment Weaknesses:
- Only able to absorb blunt force trauma
- Activation releases a harmful backlash against the user
- Can only store kinetic energy for a short period of time before being requiring release lest the dial explode (i.e. User cannot enter a topic with the dial already "loaded")
