Equipment Description: Neonsheedo is a machine that excretes a neon gas that changes color between blue,green and purple every second when it's active.It's color palette is neon purple green and blue,and black.It haves a long pole to hold,compatible with both the scythe and hammer.In the hammer part,the hammer part is in left side and the scythe part is in left side.Neonsheedo haves an improved intelligence and can talk and communicate with it's user,Zetsu.The weapon is pretty heavy and hard to use,but Zetsu mastered it with years of training.Also,the weapon gets active when user hypes up Neonsheedo,and hammer part gets spiky and scythe part becomes more sharp.However,this is hard because of Neonsheedo's trait chips are setted to be serious.Neo-Level lasts 3 posts.
Equipment Significance:Neonsheedo is a special equipment for Zetsu,cause of it's improved intelligence,Neonsheedo has created a bond with Zetsu and became like brother and sister.Although Zetsu created him just to be a weapon,he gave it his dead mother's voice and improved it's intelligence to feel like he is talking with his mom again.
Equipment Strength:
-Neo-Level: Neonsheedo's hammer part becomes spiky and scythe part becomes more sharper with Neonsheedo getting hyped.It calls itself Neo-Level when it is hyped and refers it as ''Reaching Neo-Level ''
-U.I.(Uber-Intelligence): Neonsheedo can talk,feel and act like a human cause of it's U.I. technology.U.I. technology is created by Zetsu and improved with scientists of Ohara.
-Heaviness: Neonsheedo is heavy enough to shatter the ground or easily break a human bone if attacked with enough force.
Equipment Weaknesses:
-U.I.(Uber-Intelligence): Neonsheedo turns itself to a pole when it's sad,depressed,melancholic or take ill of Zetsu.
-Breakable: Neonsheedo is breakable and can get breaked by higher level attacks.
-Reachin Neo-Level: Reaching neo level is pretty hard cause of Neonsheedo's trait chips.Neonsheedo is serious and cares about Zetsu so it gets worried more than hyped to battle.

Are you being serious? Like, seriously serious? 100%? Because none of this makes any sense. Very little of this "description" actually describes the thing to me. You don't explain how any of this is supposed to work, what the point of that gas is, or even how it really looks. There is no reason for something like this to exist in One Piece.

That is super creepy. Also, totally illogical for the reasons above.

No reason for any of this to exist outside of, "It's Science. Deal with it." That's not how you use the word "ueber". The Marines hate Ohara, so there's no way in hell they would ever be working with people there (not actually scientists, either).

All of this relies on your weird intelligence thing, so it's automatically not cool. Breakability of a level 1 item is assumed, making that redundant.



IF I were to ever consider approving this (I wouldn't), the fact this is way beyond what a level 1 weapon should ever be capable of to begin with would stop me. I disapprove of this 100%.
