Appearance:Louie has no tattoos on his body, nor any marks or bruises on his face.He likes to keep his face as pretty as possible so to speak.His eyes are black, people can usually tell he's had a rough past just by looking into them.He has stubble on his chin and occasionally gets five O'clock shadow.He's not the tallest guy around but he likes his 5'8 height.He's abit on the light side being slim.He has unkept hair which every way it was when he got up was the way it was for the day.It was rare that he combed or made it "Look good".Though he does wear a nice all black suit.

Personality:Depite his serious looking face he is often quite goofy.He loves to watch people prank each other, but he hates being pranked.With Louie you give respect to get it back.He doesn't often talk to people he doesn't know, if you talk to him he won't hesitate to speak.And he will speak his mind without the fear of consequences.He does like to make friends but, good one not anyone who would quickly stab him in the back at a moments notice.Louie considers himself to be a good guy, and doesn't care what people thing of him.He doesn't worry about insults directed toward him, just don't insult his friends or his guns.If you do he will not be kind, unless you are joking ofcourse.He's abit of the loner type of guy, he works best in a group or though.He loves being at a distance on the battlefield if he is needed closer he won't argue, especially when a comrade is in danger.

Behavior/Habits:Louie is your typical a pack a day smoker.When he's completely out, he has a tendency to piss off any and everyone around him.Well until he someone got him more that it.His finger nails look ragged, he's never allowed them to grow a centimeter over his skin, before biting them off.He spits at buckets, poles, walls, anything that can be made into a target.He does this to keep his accuracy up and if he's just bored.He loves to stand tall opposed to slouching, he believes slouching make a man look like a coward.He finds it hard to sit in one place for more than twenty minute ,after twenty he begins to fidget impatiently and grunt.
History:Born on the east side of pirate island.Tara Root and Arther Thomus were his birth parents.His parents were both pirates in two crews that had deep seeded hatred for each other.After fight endlessly the two began to grow fond of each other.They dated in secret then Tara gave birth to Louie.It was unknown how their feud began, all Louie knows is how it ended.Both of his parents were killed in the cross fire, leaving him to fend for himself.Eventually a retired pirate by the name of Rum took him in.
Rum was a master marksman back in the day.He was old and couldn't really protect Louie.Infact on many occasions Louie had to protect Rum from being harmed.Ever since he turned ten Rum began to teach him the ways of the marksman.His favorite class of weapon were pistols, his second choice were snipers.With Rum having no job Louie steals food from others and takes it back to Rum.He would also kill trespassers who had bad intentions on take things from them.
When he turned seventeen Rum became ill, he told Louie to become a pirate and have great adventures with friends.Six years later Rum died.Louie didn't cry, he hated crying even his parents death didn't even make him shed a tear.Real men didn't cry because they're sad he thought, why should he.Only babies and women cry is what Rum told him.He appreciated everything he had done for him when he didn't have to.
With Rum gone, Louie searches for a good crew to join to begin his adventure with.He plans on being the worlds best marksman in the memory of his master Rum.He burns down the little shack he used to live in with Rum.Now he has nothing to go back to.
