History: Neos was born on a small secluded little winter island in the north blue. As a boy these people came to the island with tons of items to help then keep warm and food to feed them. At first everyone thought it was a free act of kindness but people afterwards said "alrighty folks all that will be 50 million beli, we will give you 20 years to pay and if not you're all dead". So Neos secretly set out to become a pirate and get enough money to pay the debt off.
