Appearance:  Blizzard's wings are of an average size, and like other birkans, they face downwards.

Blizzard's hair is white, it overlaps part of his eyes and touches his nose.His hair coverups his ears as well. (You can't see this because of his ear muffs) His eyes are an aqua green color and look almost as if they are glowing. He is fairly slim but has a somewhat muscular build. His nose is fairly small but it matches his face. His mouth looks large for his face but it suits him. He stands up straight most of the time, but he likes to lean while he's standing around and talking to friends or sitting up against a wall or something. Blizzard always wears his trusty straw hat that he treasures more than anything.

Personality: Blizzard is just about the cheekiest person alive.He loves joking around and teasing people, and occasionally playing pranks on others. Despite his cheeky nature, Blizzard takes all his work very seriously, even if it doesn't seem that way. When Kyo is training others, he can be utterly relentless, and places emphasis on making his students seem pathetic, and then fueling them with rage to find their potential bursts of strength. When Blizzard is around girls, his personality can change, and he can become very shy, unless it is in battle.
He is a very caring person, but also quite hotheaded some of the time. He is intelligent, diligent and somewhat politically aware, quite so compared to others of his age. He is very calculative in combat. He likes to plan out his attacks, and pin point enemies weaknesses. He often gets very sad or depressed after losing a fight, and strives to get stronger after every loss.
Behavior/Habits: Blizzard tends to eat a lot of food, he's constantly hungry. He loves eating more than he loves anything else. If anyone ever touches his hat, he gets very mad, and serious, which is unlike Blizzard. He's always up for a fight, even if he knows his opponent is stronger than he is. Blizzard likes to be very positive about everything, and never wants to think negatively. Although he doesn't respect authority, he does however respect people he deems worthy. Blizzard likes to be alone sometimes, and it's best to just leave hikm alone when he wants to.. But usually he's a happy go lucky guy and easy to get along with.

History: Both of Blizzard's parents were ex-marines. Blizzard was raised by them on a secluded part of Skypiea. They trained him in martial arts, since he was a young child. Often when they went out where others lived, Blizzard could be easily spotted as the one yelling at other children, lecturing them on how to punch or kick properly if ever he caught them fighting, because he didn't like how the other kids fought improperly. Blizzard also had a love for violins, and seemed to have a natural talent for the art of the music, which he experimented with through his early teen years, learning how to play songs from experience. He lived his childhood in ignorance of the ex-occupations of his parents, as they rarely spoke about it.

When the age of 15 came to Blizzard, he woke up one morning to find them both gone. After searching a while, he came across a barrel. On it was a note.

'We have some business to attend to. Make your way and choices in life, and meet us in Sabaody Archipelago when you can. We left you a boat to travel in. Good luck, Son. We know you will find us again.'


Blizzard looked in the barrel, and found a set of things. He found his father's straw hat, and beside the barrel was a set of oars. He looked to his side to find a small rowing boat, and thought that his family could have done better than that. He made his way to the main city in skypiea, and found passage into South Blue. While he was wandering SB, he caught a glimpse of a Pirate assaulting a civilian. He ran to the civilian's rescue, and engaged in combat. He won in the end, but not without injury. He blacked out.

When Blizzard awoke, he saw people with marine caps rushing around, and a woman standing over him.

We'd like you to join the marines. After that display, we think you could make a good asset to protecting people all over the blues. If you'll join us, We'll train you a bit, and send you off to Torino Kingdom with some cash.

Blizzard nodded to the offer, happy to get a chance to protect people from pirates like those. After undergoing a year of training, he was sent off to Torino Kingdom to begin his journey as a marine.

But upon his arrival in the Torino Kingdom, he had a change of heart, and strived to become a pirate after meeting a famous pirate. He was now gonna head out to seas and cause hell in the eyes of the world government.
