Basic use of the fruit's powers:

• The ability, at his current level of power, allows him to lift anything up to one hundred feet beyond his current standing for a maximum of a single day. This power only works with non-living things, as in no humans, plants or animals can be lifted or controlled, unless a non-living base is located directly underneath the target, hence one can lift the object underneath the living thing. With this ability one cloud potentially lift up objects as big as warships or even massive mounts of earth and sue them to crush his enemies underneath. Objects lifted are best controlled with hand gestures, including simple finger flexing, to complicated hand signs.  
  

• Ship moving, with this ability, Damien can move ships, specifically his crew's ship by placing his hand on the ship. Damien is able to push ships whenever there is no wind, hence he is able to get ships out of a place where there is no wind. He can use this ability also to make the ship move faster during naval battles, but has to maintain direct contact with the ship at all time, until an appropriate place is found.

  The ability of controlling one's  ambient such as lifting chunks of stones or compress snowflakes into offensive forms of attack. He can also change the shape and form of the objects he lifts at will.
  

• The ability to lift objects is limited to the objects he has touched before. In simple turns he can only lift objects that he has touched before. However one touch of an object is enough for him to control it. This does mean he ahs to get up close and personal with either stones or swords in order for him to hurl them. He can currently control five things at the same time, at his best.
  

• If he has not touch the direct standing of a person, that person can count itself safe from potentially being in danger of going off into the sky because Damien can only lift the standing of a person, like where they are currently on, but cannot directly affect a person.  This power does not extend to actual clothes and he must actually lay his hands on the skin of the person in order to have them be somewhat affect, like shirts flared upwards or wedgies, but not a full person lift.
  

• Objects touched by Damien once cannot be manipulated by him again unless he touches them a second time. Objects that are controlled by him are under his influence until they either touch the ground or hit a surface.

The ability to fly gives the consumer of the fruit a great advantage in combat, because it enables him/her to avoid many different types of attacks with relative ease, while he can attack from a distance with his swords or with his own powers. He also can use big objects like rocks to block attacks. Note the current user consumer of this fruit was Damien Espada Leon and he was a swordwielder before eating this fruit. -you need to have duration for the flight along with a cool-down period, also state how fast the user travels

Ability Lvl 1 Description: By first placing his hands on a re-shapeable surface, understand by this a rock, ship or even water he has levitated, Damien is capable of changing the objects form and composition into daunting and menacing beasts that resemble lions. With this power, Damien quite literally crushes his enemies underneath the stones and rubble he has touched beforehand. -"understand by this a rock" reword this also you cant control water as it is a devil fruit weakness.

Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

• With this ability, Damien can quite literally crush his enemies under bricks and stones by means of ferocious lions that maul his enemies.*
  
  
• After the lions barbarically attack the targeted victims of the attack, all the materials used for this attack are compressed together in a singular pillar of the material that shoots upwards and acts like a form of prison that only lasts five seconds before crashing down under it's own weight.*
  
  
• While it takes some time for him to use it, this attack deals heavy damage to his enemies most of the time. -this attack will do lv1 damage of the earth element.
  

*the way you describe this ability makes it seem you can only form lions, if this the case then add your first two strengths to your description and make new ones.

• This ability is considered very powerful, but also very dangerous as it requires some time for him to use it, approximately an entire minute to use it, or four posts.
  
  
• The lions he creates are not under his direct control, hence he can damage people that he cares about without wanting to do so. -the telekinesis is controlled by the users mind, ergo unless your character is mentally unstable this wouldn't be allowed as a weakness, please make a new one.
  
  
• The ability drains him considerably and makes Damien feel a bit tired after using it, due to it's high power usage. -add in that you will be unable to use a devil fruit skill for two posts after use.

Ability Lvl 1 Type: Supplementary
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: The maximum amounts of posts he can use this ability on is five posts. change this to be one thread and then add in you can use this for five posts in the ability description
Ability Lvl 1 Description: This ability allows Damien to quite literally fly on the air and perform attack on the air such as dropping huge rocks from the sky or having a tactical advantage over his enemies. By normal means he would not be able to lift any human up, but he managed to bypass this fault by wearing pure metal boots, hence he levitates the boots that hold his body completely.

Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

• Allows Damien the ability to fly freely through the air and gives him the ability to use air-based attacks such as using his swords to slice his enemies by means of a flying slash.
  
  
• Gives him the ability to effectively avoid attacks more easily due to the fact that he can just go up, down or to the sides with this ability. -this would be a +reflex skill
  
  
• The capability to fly allows him to move at a much-faster pace than other people and to travel long distances in a short time. -this would be a +speed skill

Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 4 posts to use, lasts three posts.
Ability Lvl 1 Description: By using his swords to slice up a body of water, Damien can ensnare his opponents inside the levitated field of water, effectively making them drown by the water.

Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

• This ability is especially dangerous against other devil fruit users since they are weak against water.
  

• The water prison can be changed to different forms, hence making escape almost impossible.
  

• It only requires a strong enough swing of his blade to cut the water and use it to trap his enemies. The move is rather simple, but can leave devil fruit users unconscious or even dead if they stay the full three posts.
  

Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

• The Ability to move water has to be at medium-range, because if he gets too close to the water, his ability is dispelled.
  

• During the usage of his ability, Damien requires a source of water that he can control, such as falling water. If not he cannot performed this ability.
  

• If the victim id not a devil fruit user, a hit against Damien would dismiss the ability.  since he loses his focus.

By slicing off a large boulder or other piece of debris with his swords, Damien is capable of making all of those smaller rocks fire off like cannonballs. Alternatively, he can go high into the sky and destroy either a boulder of another form of material, and later make the smaller chunks fall down like a meteorite shower. -I will allow ether the boulder made of compress debris/rubble or the ability to fire the debris like a storm of bullets, however I will not except both and it must take a post for you to collect/gather the debris/rubble

• This attack offers versatility, since it can be used both within flight powers and on the ground.
  
  
• This ability covers up a good range, around thirty meters, and deals considerable damage.
  
  
• He can alternatively make the smaller chunks float around in a defensive way, like a small asteroid field.

• The attack is quite predictable and does take quite some time to use, Since Damien actually has to cut something before using the ability.
  
  
• The hurled chunks aren't really stung or dangerous individually and can easily be cut with a swing of a blade, it is the numbers that make's it dangerous.
  
  
• The original source of the multiple chunks of rock hurled at his opponents can he sliced upped before he has a chance to.

Also explain how telekinesis works as a psychic power.

Also if "it takes some time for him to use it" does that mean he needs to charge the attack for a post before using it?

• The stone lions's size depend on the amount of rock and stone he is surrounded by, so if he is surrounded by small rocks, then the lions are not so big. -does this effect the strength of the ability?

Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

• This ability is especially dangerous against pure swordsmen or marksmen since they lose their primary means of offense.
  

• The objects pulled by this ability can either be sued by Damien or hurled back at them.
  

• The pull of his attack is as strong as super magnets, hence resistance is almost null and void. One would need a strength level of at least 30 in order to nullify the effect.
  

Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:

• While he uses this ability, he cannot move or actually attack.

Since his power is psychic, he does control his power with his mind, but mostly uses his hands as a means of channeling his power.

• The ability to lift objects is limited to the objects he has touched before. In simple turns he can only lift objects that he has touched before. However one touch of an object is enough for him to control it. This does mean he ahs to get up close and personal with either stones or swords in order for him to hurl them. He can currently control five things at the same time, at his best.
  

• If he has not touch the direct standing of a person, that person can count itself safe from potentially being in danger of going off into the sky because Damien can only lift the standing of a person, like where they are currently on, but cannot directly affect a person.  This power does not extend to actual clothes and he must actually lay his hands on the skin of the person in order to have them be somewhat affect, like shirts flared upwards or wedgies, but not a full person lift.
  

• If actually defeated in battle, all objects held upwards by his devil fruit's power will crash down immediately without any haltering involved. Think of it like all the objects are returning to their original gravity. This on it's own can harm him and those he cares about greatly as he has lost control of the objects and can only control them by regaining consciousness. -your powers can have nothing to do with gravity.
  

Apart from all these weaknesses, The Fuwa Fuwa no Mi, and it's user, are suspended by the standard weaknesses of devil fruit which include water, seastone and haki. According to the elemental chart, I am weakest against devil fruits that are of the darkness element and of the fire element, which means - 10 when I am faced with someone who can use fire or darkness. According to the same chart, it is also strongest against earth and light elemental fruits. - in which of your stats are you -10 in and since you have a -10 in your weakness you gain a +10 in your strengths.

Damien is capable of changing the objects form and composition into daunting and menacing  lions. With this power, Damien quite literally crushes his enemies underneath the stones and rubble he has touched beforehand. After the lions barbarically attack the targeted victims of the attack, all the materials used for this attack are compressed together in a singular pillar of the material that shoots upwards and acts like a form of prison that only lasts five seconds before crashing down under it's own weight. -how long does this last for.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:

• The attack can deal damage to a maxim of ten people. -so how does this work is it one hit per person out of the 10 or is it only able to preform 10 strikes over all regardless if its the same person.
  

• Alternatively, Damien can use this attack to make a single, fully movable, snarling lion made out of stones and rocks. His attack, when used to form a single lion, lasts twice as much, hence it lasts for ten posts. -merging the lions would make one lion stronger then the rest, this would lower the duration rate and increase the cool-down rate.
  

• While it takes some time for him to use it, as in at least one post for charing, this attack deals Lvl 1 earth elemental damage.
