The Oto Oto no Mi, gives the user the ability to project high ultra sonic screams that deafen those who hear them for a short period of time. The user can send out sounds as physical projectiles through the sounds of an instrument they use.

The user sends out a ultra sonic screech from their mouth that will deafen everyone who is in the range of 40 meters. This causes the victims' reflexes to suffer
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- level 1 air based projectile
- able to deafen opponents for 2 posts
- causes opponents' reflexes to suffer
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- projectiles are absorbed into darkness
- projectiles are destroyed by fire
- in areas of low humidity the air projectiles will move slower towards their target

Ability Lvl 1 Description: user snap their fingers sending out an air ahockwave in the shape of a dome that originates from the user. It is able to knock their opponent back one meter while deafening them for 1 post.

- knocks opponents back one meter
- deafens opponents for 1 post
- able shatter ice
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- can be absorbed darkness element
- can be burned by fire element
- enemies of the fire element gain 10 endurance

Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: the user produces a low frequency sound wave from their hands that vibrates the water molecules within the air around the user creating a barrier for 1 post that defends against one attack. Because it uses water molecules, this ability is of the water element.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- can put out level 1 fire attacks
- can defend against two level 1 darkness attacks
-can defend against one normal attack for 1 post
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- light element attacks can pass through it
- ice element attacks can freeze it.
- can be absorbed by users of the earth element

Ability Lvl 1 Description: user sings a melodious song that sends all who hear it into one of three illusions. One illusion causes the victim to think they're on fire, another illusion causes them to think they're drowning in the ocean, and the last one shows them a vision of the user being a terrifying demon.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- illusion of the opponent drowning weakens their endurance by 5
- illusion of them being on fire weakens their reflexes by 5
- the demonic illusion weakens the user's opponents' intelligence and endurance by 5
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Illusions don't work on opponents that have 20 more intelligence over the user's finesse.
- opponents of the darkness element see through the demonic illusion.(opponents gain 10 reflexes)
- opponents of the fire and water elements, can see through the fire and water illusions(both gain 5 reflexes each)

Ability Lvl 1 Description: the user sends out high frequency sound blasts from both of their palms that weakens the opponents reflexes, knocks them back a one meter and causes minor damage. It also deafens them for one post.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- able to deafen opponents for one post.
- weakens opponents reflexes by 4
- knocks opponents back one meter
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- opponents of the darkness element, the attack has no effect(minus 5 strength to the user)
- if the strike is blocked, the attack bounces back to the user(minus 5 endurance to the user)
- single post strike.
