Skill Information:The Goro Goro no Mi Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, control, and transform into electricity at will, making the user a Lightning Human
Skill Strengths:
- Water since lightning conducts water +10 strength when fighting against someone with water element type.
- The user can merge with solid matter (like gold or wood) for defense or travelling purposes.
- The user is able to manipulate the volt and amps at will, by doing so he's aware of his surrounding increasing what he can hear.
Skill Weaknesses:
- Rubber since rubber is a natural insulator. -10 strength when fighting someone with rubber
- Seastone, Haki and and seawater render my abilities useless.
- According to the elemental chart, lightning is also weak to Earth.

Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user engulfs his whole body into the lightning and speeds up neural synapses to react faster, and to push physical prowess to the absolute limit, allowing for tremendous raw speed. This spikes up his hair a little bit up and is glowing a blue light from his body with sparks covering his body.

Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user makes a fist in and holds it in the air, by concentrating he flows electricity towards his fist creating a spheres ball that grows. Until the sphere is 10 by 10 by 10 meters, then sparks will go through it. By compressing so much pressure into it, it's like a bomb, when it touches anything it will explode and spread into a 20 meter radius.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
-The user is able to explode the electric ball at will. (Without it needing to touch anything)
- If caught in the explosion, the targets will lose -5 reflex for 2 posts. As the electric currents screw with their nerve system.
- Is able to damage multiple people, up to 10 people.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Can't be used in small places other wise it might hurt his allies.
- People with a rubber suit are completely immune to it. -5 strength for 2 posts
- Reflex is lowered for 2 posts by -5 because the user needs to concentrate on the electric ball.

Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 2 posts
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user uses his arm to aim at the opponent within 15 meters, and sends out a quick like blade towards the opponent that pierces through the opponent's body and sends out a kind of explosion within sending out blades that go through the targets body from within.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- Is able to pin down the target one post.
- Targets with the water element will receive a -5 endurance for one post.
- The spear can reach up to 10 meter into the distance and doesn't make a sound.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- The user can't move from his spot while pinned down the target.
- The user receives a -5 speed when fighting against multiple people since he is stuck into 1 location.
- People with a rubber suit or rubber t-shirt,sweater w.e that covers their targeted body part with rubber will receive a +5 endurance.
Ability Lvl 1 Name: Lighting Sword
Ability Lvl 1 Type: Offensive
Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: Lasts 4 posts and cooldown is 5.
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user manipulates the electricity around his body and shapes it into a sword, it's basically an electric sword with sparks going through it to make it seem more aggressive.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- When the sword is destroyed, he can recreate it but it doesn't reset his cooldown.
- The user can adjust the size of the blade at will. Going from 1 meter to 3 meter instantly being 3 meter the maximum and 0,5 meter the minimum.
- The lightning sword doesn't weight anything so it's easier to swing +5 while wielding this sword.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- The sword doesn't work for stealth killing as it makes a lot of noise. (The noise is of a lot of electric sparks clashing into each other)
- If the user is knocked out while this technique is in play, the sword will disappear and the cooldown will start.
- Anyone holding rubber will receive a +5 endurance during the lightning sword is in play.

Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown: 3 takes a turn to charge.
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user holds two arms in front of himself and and spread this hand open, with his fingers pointing to each other. By doing so a large quantity of lightning flows through the arm causing electric sparks going through, until the user is done charging it fires off a large beam of lightning towards the targets. The beam is 5x5x5 meter and when hit it's target it damages everything within a 30 meter radius.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- Is able to hit multiple targets (10 people maximum)
- Targets with the water element will receive -10 endurance during the impact post.
- Is stronger on the water (if the impact touches the water and the targets) +5 finesse
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- People with a rubber suit will receive +10 endurance during the impact post.
- When charging the user is not able to use another attack
- Is left vulnerable for a post -5 endurance

Ability Lvl 1 Cooldown:Lasts 4 posts and cooldown is 6 posts.
Ability Lvl 1 Description: The user strengthens his hearing due the vibration in the air, by sending out little electric waves he is able to see and hear anything within a specific area. (Within 50 meter radius) Due this ability it strengthens his reflexes and aim greatly. The area that is affected is engulfed in a blueish transparent sphere.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
- Because of the increased hearing, he can hear what is coming to him. +10 reflexes
- Because he can hear most things in the area he can aim better by predicting their movements. +5 Finesse
- Even when he's unconscious he's still able to follow/hear the targets if they're still within the area.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
- Anything that is covered in rubber is undetectable by the user. -15 intelligence
- Anything that is covered in Haki will also be harder to detect. + 5 strength to whoever hits the user with a Haki attack
- It takes a post to charge up, so he's left vulnerable. -5 endurance
