Kyuuzou is a tall individual who wears a helmet which conceals its entire head and its single,  red glowing eye. At its front, the helmet has a peak at the center with slits on both sides. He wears a white, high collar cloak, under which it hides many extendable, tendril-like appendages and his massive 10 barreled mini gun which serves as his right arm. It has a broad upper torso and wears armor plating on its shoulders, upper back and torso, forearms, and hips. The armor also serves as a cover for its human body that hasnt been replaced by cybernetics.

Personality: Kyuuzou is a very cold calculative being seeking knowledge over most other forms of worldly possessions. He rarely spoke, was slow to anger and could be ponderous and slow to act. When he did speak, his voice is said to have enraptured others through its melody and the wisdom it conveyed. However, as his demeanor darkened, his voice became chilling and could provoke thoughts of foreboding and feelings of angst. Other than that Kyuuzou is a mysterious being usually keeping to himself and even doing missions by himself. Some wonder why he doesnt want to join others but his only response is that he doesnt wish to kill thm as he has done with many others. Other than his cold demeanor Kyuuzou is a inquisitive being he enjoys good literature always wanting to try something new and thoroughly enjoys the game chess wanting to challenge any in his spare time even likes to challenge Shiro Kotei when he has the time.
Likes:
-Reading his books: In his past time while not hunting down marines/pirates or on missions, Kyuuzou enjoys reading his vast collection of books
-Hunting down knowledge: other than hunting down pirates and marines, kyuuzou loves to look for more knowledge even in dark ruins
-Killing Marines and Pirates alike: He thrives off the trill of hunting pirates and marines and thinks to tally up kills of each
Dislikes:
-Lazy people: Those who wish to do nothing with there lives annoy Kyuuzou
-Pirates and Marines: He believes this world would be best off if freed from the tyranny of pirate and marine alike.
-Devil Fruit users: His hate is truly unknown for these users but he has trained in the art of armament haki to deal with them
Motivations:
-Find his Creator: Kyuuzou only has one true motivation and that is to find out why he was made into this robotic abomination and who did it to him.
Fears:
-Death: Even though his life has been prolonged by the robotics he wishes to stay alive
-Water: Even though he isnt a devil fruit eater he has the fear of water namely the depths and darkness of the bottom of the ocean.
-Succumbing to his programming: Everyday Kyuuzou fight his programming to hunt down and destroy all revolutionists and fears losing his free will to the programming.  

Behavior/Habits: Kyuuzou usually keeps to himself while not hunting down marines/pirates or on the hunt for knowledge. he is seen as a cold being not wishing to show any thought to others around him which can be seen by how he stares off into nothing or when reading a book as he ignores all around him. He even has the habit when social to ask many questions about the person as if he is gathering there data. Other than that mostly anything that is going on through his head is hard to discern by others because of how he has no face to tell what his expressions are.

History: As with most the world government tried to create many human weapons, Kyuuzou being one of there earlier prototypes. He was designed as a hound of some sorts and was used to take out pirates with its massive minigun for a arm. But its prime directive was to find and eliminate the Revolutionary Army. The prototype obeyed its programming for a good 60 years until a spark of free will entered allowing it to break away from the navy control and escaped on a traveling cargo ship. 5 Years went by the prototype thought to be missing or destroyed the government gave up its search but in actuality the cyborg was alive and kicking.  The cyborg joined up with the one organization is was designed to destroy, the revolutionary army which would seem odd but it was the place he seemed he should belong. Especially since he wished to destroy the world government for enslaving his mind.

With the Revolutionaries Kyuuzou thought he could use them to find his creator to answer his questions of who he was and why he was made into this robotic abomination. Until then he will aid the army with there missions and even get to kill some marines and even pirates. Marines and Pirates alike know of this robotic monstrosity for his ruthless hunting styles and his massive weapon for a arm. They gave him the nickname "the Chrome Hound" and rumors spread of this creature the revolutionaries had. it didnt take long for the world government to hear about there old prototype being still alive and wished this thing caught dead or alive to keep the secrets that were in its mind from the revolutionaries. Even if these secrets were unknown to Kyuuzou it didnt stop a bounty being placed on his head. He paid this no mind as he continued his job as a pirate/marine hunter while stillin search of information on his creator.
