The user emits a screech that is fired directly at the opponent at high speeds. This attack is as strong as a bullet.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
1. Can hit targets more than 30m away.
2. Can pierce through metal
3. Is as fast as a bullet

1. Fires a quick shot, like a bullet, and can be dodged fairly easily
2. A person with Busoshoku Haki or Tekkai can deflect this attack with ease

Ability Lvl 1 Description:
Once the user hits an opponent, or a weapon clashes with a users weapon, the sound that it gives off will be manipulated by the user. By amplifying the sound, the user causes the sound to rapidly expand in the direction of the opponent in the form of a destructive wave of sound.

1. Can be used to strengthen attacks
2. Repels the opponents 10m away
3. Stuns the opponent for a while

1. Can only be used when the user attacks, and cannot be used to defend the user
2. The blast may have recoil damage
3. Doesn't affect Logia Fruit users.

Ability Lvl 1 Description:
The user whistles and amplifies the sound. Any moving enemy is stunned by the deafening sound. He also gets nauseated by the shrill sound, making him feel sick. This is used to interrupt an advancing opponent, or an opponent attempting a counter attack etc.

1. can be used to defend against ambushes
2. Stuns opponents for a short time
3. Interrupts any sneak attacks
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
1. Doesn't affect people who are deaf
2. Negated when passing through water
3. Requires the user to use his mouth to create sounds, therefore clapping, stomping etc. will not allow the user to use this ability and will use Oto Oto Boomburst instead.

Ability Lvl 1 Description:
Mutes the volume of everything in a 50m radius for a few minutes, rendering everyone but the user deaf.
Ability Lvl 1 Strengths:
1. Keeps the user unnoticeable by hearing
2. Causes confusion to those unaware of this ability
3. Projectile attacks are fired stealthily, like a silenced pistol
4. Anyone outside the 50m area also cannot hear sounds coming from within the area.
Ability Lvl 1 Weaknesses:
1. The user cannot use the Oto Oto no Mi's other abilities as they are negated by this ability.
2. Only water can be heard, so if anyone steps on a puddle while in the 50m radius, he/she will be heard.
3. Anyone outside the effect range is unaffected
