Equipment Description: Bōnbureikā is a black retractible bo staff made out of steel. It is 5 feet tall when it is in use and is 11 inches when it is retracted. Bōnbureikā serves as a weapon when his devil fruit abilities are not being used or when his devil fruit abilities are not effective against the enemy. Most of the times Hexller uses his devil fruit abilities but Bōnbureikā is always hidden inside is vest's pocket ready to be used. He also use Bōnbureikā with his devil fruit abilities allowing him to make glass blades on it.

Equipment Significance: Hexller obtained Bōnbureikā before he left the small town he grew up at. Bōnbureikā was made by the town's blacksmith as a gift for trying to beat all the pirates pillaging the town. Bōnbureikā is important to Hexller and he would often maintain it when he has the time. When damaged or broken in a fight, he would immediately repair it after.

Equipment Strength:
- It is lighter than usual staffs and easy to run around while carrying it.
- It can retract, making it easier to carry around.
- It is sturdy and can deflect swords and bullets.
Equipment Weaknesses:
- Heat can easily melt it.
- It cannot damage much through protective gears/armors.
- It can be easiy sliced by higher level swords.
