    Location: East Blue
    Task Details: Mark is angry, so he does the only logical thing he goes on a rampage, targeting the two closest bases he leaves them both a message in the form of one of their men bound and gagged with the red jolly roger of the Wild Tempest, and warning that Mark intends to take the base that night. Mark is hitting one local pirate haunt as well as the local Marine HQ. (Yes this is likely higher than Rank 1 so be sure to tell me.)
