Cyril is a rather tall and thin young man with a somewhat funny looking way of doing his hair. Most people like to compare it to a pineapple in terms of shape the way it sits on his head and from the lowest part of where his hair grows on his head he has extremely long locks that run down to the very bottom of his back which is often tied together into a long pony tail. At his hair's lightest points it appears to be a deep sea blue color and at its darkest points it is purple/black in color. Despite his thin body he does keep himself in shape, under his flat looking clothed chest is the body of a lean man who is built more for speed and agility as opposed too strength. Cyril's sense of fashion is rather random which at times can seem well put together and at other times seems like he was simply too lazy to care how he dressed himself. Normally he will wear what seems to resemble a marching band jacket which is solid black and trimmed with gold, sometimes he leaves it unbuttoned though when he does he normally wears a loose tie around his neck. He generally wears black pants held up by a brown belt and black combat boots to go along with that, on his hands he wears black gloves. A striking feature about Cyril which is normally the first thing people seem to notice about him is his heterochromia which means that his eye's a different colors, his left eye is sky blue where as his right eye is blood red.

Personality:
Digging deep into the psyche of Cyril is not something people do often unless they are truly intrigued with him. Starting from the moment of his birth Cyril has been forced into a rough life of being a human test subject which lead him to obvious not grow up like any other child would by getting to play with his friends or even having friends for that matter. Because of this it has lead Cyril to mature a little bit differently than everyone else and mentally Cyril still likes to act somewhat childish even at this point in his life after he was freed from the labs and seen what mature people are like. On top of this stunt in his maturity level, he was basically forced to live in his own fantasy world because of the experiments ran on him from birth until the age of 15 so his imagination is extremely vivid and he has a very open and easily influenced mind. He dislikes when he doesn't get what he wants and is prone to throwing temper tantrums and simply pouting when things don't go his way. All else aside he has been in the world of adults for 4 years now and he does know how to be mature and how to respond to situations accordingly to how a mature person would, though with the easily usable excuse he has to not be mature all the time who would? That wouldn't be much fun at all now would it?

Behavior/Habits:
Because of how Cyril was brought up as a child it has effected his mind in a way unlike most would be effected by the age of 19, he has a somewhat childish and game oriented mind in a basic sense of the term and upon how he acts at least generally. However, Cyril is actually a very smart individual and even regarded for his strategies and studies in science which he has carried on from his parents work so it throws many people off to see just how smart Cyril is. His brains normally show most apparently in combat as he is a great strategist and uses that as well as speed instead of trying to overpower an opponent. Cyril also has a strange habit to talk to himself from time to time because for 14 long years he was virtually suspended in his own mind, having to make up friends and adventures that is what got him through his childhood. Cyril also has a very vivid imagination and can think of things that people couldn't even imagine even given 30 minutes to simple think and imagine, on a whim.

History:
Sometimes when trying to create your greatest ally you end up creating your worst enemy. In the case of Cyril the Revolutionary army has taken advantage of the situation that the Marines both caused and created. Cyril was born to a very smart family, the mother being a doctor and the father being a scientist, both of which we're highly regarded brains in the new world and thus the Marines along with the influence of the world government forced the two great minds who even happened to be married to work for them. The timing according to the world government couldn't have been any better because the two brilliant minds had just recently within the past year had given birth to a son. The World government wished for them to create a mind controlling weapon that would allow them to simply control the pirates in a way that they would simply end up killing themselves. With the brain power of the two, they created a gas that had the capabilities of connecting the minds of people to other people as well as connecting the minds of humans to other living things. They were forced to test this substance on their son for 14 long years, in that time he remained in a study tank, never coming into contact with the real world after the age of 1 and being suspended in his mind.

Because he was suspended in a dream-like state for most all of his life he was use to a fake world created by himself. For several years he didn't have the brain capacity to be able to control his own dreams which lead him to go to very dark places in his mind though after several years of the testing his body seemed to get use to the gas and slowly come to accept him as it's master, allowing Cyril to finally be able to completely control this dream world he was forced to live in. Something was soon to happen though, word got out of these dangerous studies underground and the first ones to make a move were not the Pirates but the Revolutionary army though this mission was so dangerous that the leader himself had to come out of his hiding and do this. This mission was not forced on him however because he had a strong fascination for illusions and the workings of the brain due to his devil fruit.

Cyril was rescued by the Revolutionary leader and freed from his slumber only to find that his parents who he had only known when he was one year old had been forced to do tests on him and that the world he was so use to was not real. He also learned that only days before he was saved his parents had been murdered by the world government because they we're thought to be the ones to put out the leaked information and plea to the Revolutionary army. The power of the Revolutionary leader was too hard for the Marines to stop however and the boy was freed. Now with no parents, his new found hatred for the Marines and World Government and new mentor, Cyril now affiliates his loyalty, brain power and skills to the Revolutionary army as one of its fine soldiers.
