History:Terrell F Frank is a army brat which means he was born into a marines family at a young age he already was known for his raw strength he was show to be at a marine rookie level at 8 he join the marines when he was 16 but that was after he ate his devil fruit giving him the power of the phoenix he can even turn into one at will although at first he had trouble controlling it but with a little help he was a beast at it he is now the only living member of his family left because at a family gathering his family was killed by pirates and from that moment on he wanted nothing more then to put them away for good and with the power of the phoenix and the marines he was going to do just that now will he becomes fleet admiral or vice admiral or well a admiral who knows only time will tell Terrell The Flame Bird takes off on lift off baby if he can't rank up in the marines he just might ditch then for so fun you know he is a pride marine yet his father was a pirate  so he sets sail to find him self long live the Phoenix of the feather Terrell F Frank now get that threw your head
