Getsudo is a strange man. He seems to stay quiet and restrained, but if someone were to challenge him in a fight, he seems to become more outgoing, staying mostly silent, but his attitude in the way he speaks and his facial expression will most likely be either smug or angry.
When drunk Getsudo is usually louder, and less reserved. He will usually shout profanities or insults at anyone when intoxicated.
Usually Getsudo remains silent unless provoked. Once, while at a meeting, he didn't say a single word for 5 hours...
Getsudo, while usually silent, will seem to almost speak to others, stopping before a word comes out. Possibly due to the fact he hates stuttering and saying the wrong things. When people stutter, he seems to just avoid talking to them at all costs, which has lost him a few friends in the past, especially due to his home island not having a required school law, until he turned 14.

Getsudo always seems to be stroking his chin down to his tie, as if he had long facial hair. Most people think of this as him pondering like an old man would.
Getsudo thinks constantly, about different things, ranging from his fantasies, his goals, other goals, and pretty much anything.
Getsudo seems to hate getting his suit he wears dirty, but once he is wearing anything else, he always eventually stains it, or tears it in places.
He stays silent and reserved from anyone he either doesn't know well enough, or someone who annoys him. If he knows someone well enough, he will constantly talk, about life, objects, enemies, weapons, fantasy, the past, the future, the present.





History:
Getsudo was a quiet child. Never partaking in social activity unless he absolutely wanted to. Always reading or enjoying the songs of the birds on his home island.

Getsudo only made some slight connections with people on his home island, a girl named Maddie, who was captured by pirates during a raid. Where his father, a marine rear admiral at the time, fended them off and killed most of them but was unable to save maddie. Getsudo became depressed soon after, but seemed to shake it off rather quickly.

Six years later, Getsudo now 15 years old, Getsudo's father pushed him to become a marine. His father trained him day in and day out. Getsudo eventually mastered a style of fighting which mainly consisted of kicking and quick subtle movements to throw the opponents off balance so they can take them out quick and easy.

One year later Getsudo's home was once again raided by the same pirates who took Maddie. He helped his village fight them off, only to learn that Maddie had become the captain of the pirate crew and had also eaten a Devil Fruit, the Juu Juu no mi or Gun Gun no mi , a Parmecia type. She challenged him, but was unable to beat her due to his history with her and she took all of his family's belongings.

The pirate underlings of Maddie killed Getsudo's father. Which caused Getsudo to develop a need to beat Maddie and try to reform her and get her to become a marine.

Getsudo then enrolled in the marines and mastered Soru and Geppo quickly, much faster than most. He was then contacted by the Cipher Pol group Number 9 to become a part of of the group. He accepted. He then became stronger and stronger, reaching  Captain level after a span of 20 years.

Five years prior to the interference of the pirates at enies lobby, Getsudo ate a Devil fruit, known as the Shabe Shabe no mi, or Shh Shh fruit. The fruit gave him the ability to silence anyone or anything. He mastered his fruit rather quickly...

One month later Getsudo and the rest of the CP9 were defeated by a group of revolutionaries and were disbanded. Getsudo then began to wander around only slightly enforcing the rules of the World Government.

He then began to train his fruit further and began to rely on it more.



As of now he trains and hones his Devil Fruit abilities further to gain the strength and courage to go after Maddie and take her back.

Right more corrections for you, please change your affiliations to be marine, your personality must reach a word minimum of 150, your behaviour/habits must reach 100 and your history 200.
